Title: Anyone Play Zelda Games?
Post by: .::Silver::. on May 23, 2012, 11:21:36 pm
Ok I have to say I LOVE Zelda games! They also have puzzles that just mess with your mind. My favorite Zelda game is 'The Legend of Zelda : The Wind Waker'
That is my all time favorite game because Link looks so cute ?
Anyone else like Zelda games and also tell me why you do!

.....
*Raises hand*
And I have a shirt with the Hyrulian Emblem on it, plus a WW/PH Link plushie to prove it.
Zelda. Is. Epic.

Quite the deja vu, since The Wind Waker is my favorite as well.

I'm a huge fan of Minish Cap, easily the best handheld Zelda game in the world.

Minish Cap is a great game too but I don't understand why people complain about Spirit Tracks its a really good game as well though people don't like the fact that there's a train. But I'm happy I found people that like Zelda games on here, now what is everyone's least favorite enemy(ies) mine is Floormasters and Redeads man they have always freaked me out since Ocarina of Time O_O

The thing about me with Spirit Tracks is that it was just...short, in a sense. I beat the game in less than three hours, and when I say beat the game, I mean collect everything and do all the side quests along with beating the game.

Collecting the station stamps were really fun though. I remember I was all conflicted on where to put the stamp that had the running wolfos on it. lol

Though unlike most of the games I can play Wind Waker for hours on end, just traversing the seas and humming random tunes as I go. It's fun pretending he's a pirate.  I have yet to collect all the figurines in Wind Waker.

I love the Zelda series~
My favorite would be Majora's Mask out of all of them, and it has tons of memories.
I've played Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, and Twilight Princess, and I've also played the original Zelda, even if I haven't beaten it. ;u;

I want to play all the handhelds now, since I actually have a DS and all.

My greatest achievement I'd say is beating the Cave of Ordeals with a quarter heart, no bombs/arrows/magic armor left, against those 3 armoured guys at the very end ((All without their first layer of suit, too. So they were fencing bastards. :'I ))

I didn't like Spirit Tracks... and it was because of the train. I didn't like how...limited it made me feel.

Wind Waker was fun...but the bright colors and the movements agitated my motion sickness so I abandoned it.

I LOVED Twilight Princess and Ocarina of Time, but I didn't like Majora's Mask.

After I read an essay about the message behind the entire game of MM, it's by far my favorite xD
And the creepypastas lol
That, and how deeply you can get to know the NPCs. c:

I have played Majora's Mask and even got the moon apocalypse ending on purpose :3
I never got to beat Twilight Princess since I was only visiting my cousins in Tennessee for 2 days until I found out about it the day we were leaving ._.
My greatest achievement in Wind Waker was trying to beat the game with only 3 hearts and no upgrades from the Great Fairies. And I got to do that how long did it take? Surprisingly not long at all. And if you have played Wind Waker have you ever beaten Ganon's shadow form in the second visit to the Forsaken Fortress with an empty bottle? It's hilarious!
I have nothing against people not enjoying a certain game it's their own opinion :3

An empty bottle? That does sound hilarious!

I'm making another run through with Skyward Sword again. I like the Kikwi themes. Don't know why, just do.

That and my near-completed file doesn't have evil Remlits anymore, lol.

And found out its very effective!
I have played Skyward Sword but never finished it.

I usually get bored and just run around slashing mushrooms in Faron Woods on SS after a while. They make funny noises.

Sounds pretty fun, once I get SS myself I'll play and find out myself.

I like murdering things in WW with the Skull Hammer or I just do Savage Labyrinth a bunch of times until I run out of fairies and die.

I used to freak out my cousins when doing that part by making up little side adventures for them when playing WW and TP. They'd always laugh at my side commentary during cut scenes because I'd change the whole plot into a parody.

Now I just beat them at street hockey since they're too old for it now.

They should make some sort of soccer/volleyball/hockey-like minigame in the Zelda series. Envisioning a WW cutscene of Link being attacked by a bunch of cuccoos after accidentally kicking the ball through a coop window is quite entertaining to imaging.

Haha that must have been fun I kind of make up my own little adventures too but I don't have a younger brother or sister my brother is 17 and I'm 14 but he's going into the military this Summer (I'm not in Sweden now I'm in America) So I can only laugh a lot when my cousins come over and I make up quests for them to do. You know sometimes I just feel like adding something into each Zelda game I found a typo in WW sometime but I have to play through to find out what it is. At the moment I'm fighting the Helmaroc King after making a new game about 4 hours ago. I have to say its my favorite boss.

And I like the idea of that such as like those Mario and Sonic Olympics? Am I right? Except like a little bonus games for completing something or doing a side quest I agree that they should do that.

I also need to say that the final boss of Spirit Tracks is easy, well at least to me I think I make it look easy to other people.

Not like Sonic/Mario sports, more like the sidequesty-game stuff, like that guy with the little character masks in WW on that island and on Windfall. Those sorts of minigames.

Ah, and like the minigame you can play with the Mapfish if you give him bait in a place where you already got the map location. Kind of like that right?
