Title: Transfer Group Owners

I would love to see the option to transfer a group to another person.

Plenty of times groups will die because the leader of the group goes inactive or they just can't control the group anymore. I think that if an owner of a group knows that they will be unable to keep the group alive due to inactivity they should be able to transfer the group to another person without having to disband the group.

I know that this could be a very difficult task, but it would be awesome to see in the game!

I know xSpirit has had a lot of fantastic ideas for not just new stuff but potential solutions for things.

 This is perhaps one of those types of things that I could see being a useful option, even if there’s just an option to have multiple group leaders who can edit/have control of the group stuff. Hmm good suggestion Spicy <3

I am so for this idea. Maybe even have group moderators too when leaders are offline?

I think this is rad, especially when groups have ranks such as beta/delta, if there could be "group moderators" it would make their power seem more real :)
