Title: Can't connect to front server is it down?

So I wanted to try and play this game again after years but I can't seem to connect to the front server?
Though I see people are online not long ago so not sure if maybe the patch isn't working for me or not not sure if the update on the side is suppose to be above 1.17 or not

Also it can be a bit fidgety, sometimes takes me seeing that message 3 times before being able to log in even though nothing is wrong.
