This is actually how the page is supposed to look! Ever since the 2016 update there hasn't been a podium in the base game of FH. However, you can find podiums on dA and on the forums:

EDIT: I see you meant the pANELS themselves! I didn't even notice at first, my bad!

Changing your rendering system should fix that right up!
