game crash

hello! everytime i open my game it works fine, but when i click on create to create a character, it crashes! i tried reinstalling and restating my computer, neither work. my antivirus doesn't have the game blocked either

Somebody else had this problem and recommended this thread?

Could always try using a different Rendering system.
Settings > Video > >Rendering Subsystem > Direct3D9
or if you already use Direct swap to Open.

Same for if you use Open swap to Direct.
