Steps~
Step 1: Type in

just like that.
Step 2: Hit Ctrl and the V key to paste your image url so it looks like this.
--- Code: ---[image]www.theurl.com/random.png
--- End code ---
Step 3: Type in
--- Code: ---[/image]
--- End code ---
just like that.

Ta-daa! It should look like this when your done:

--- Code: ---[image]www.theurl.com/random.png[/image]
--- End code ---

I've never tried Zan's way, however, I've tried it her way with IMG instead of Image. So you could try that also. :)
