Do you have any VPNs currently going? It could be either that or the Anitvirus (though you said that it most likely was not that)

Nope, not using any VPNs, and I just checked if my firewall and antivirus are blocking anything - nope. It's weird, because like I said - I was able to login using data on my phone, but not with Wifi.

Hmm...forgive me if you've tried this already, but have you tried connecting your computer to a separate wifi network? I may have read it wrong but I think you said your phone logged in when it wasn't connected to the wifi.
