That is very good!  ;D

Though, sense you wanted suggestions...
I would suggest that you; Make the lines smaller and try to make the eyes seem more realistic.  :)

I actually think it looks pretty good, but if you make a wolf head in profile, remember that everything have to be in profile, also the ears. :)
