hehe well lets see, you could do a blood moon fadin into black clouds or something and a dark redish / black background with a snowflake falling just 1 tho, Tsu is supposed to bring peace to the world ... notice im gettin this from the rakuen thingy i did :3

OHH! also add the word Savior or w/e u want that you like for a person to save the world lol

I find the hardest part of banners is recoloring every pixel to white so that you get a cutout of only the wolf, then I just use the polygon tool with inner fill color to shape the color :D
