Title: No Reset Button

I've logged in successfully, but there's no character reset button where it's supposed to be. How am I supposed to get my character back?

If you mean you're trying to get back a character that's stuck in a map, you need to log in at the top right of the page and then click "user panel." It'll ask you to log in again and then it'll list all your characters with a "go home" option next to them. Click that and all your characters will be sent back to their home destinations c:
