Title: Unable to Access Old Account

Hello,
I have been trying to access into my old account and it is stating that my password is incorrect - no worries. I select "Forgot Password," but it brings up the "Bad Reset Code." So far, it has been up to 12 hours by now that I have waited and tried, and I know it can take up to 48. I just wondering if it were even possible to get my old account back? I am able to still view it [old account] on the Forums and even some of my posts, but it will not allow me to change the password as of now.

Staff might be able to help you out, but how long ago would you say that you accessed it?

The exact date was March 11, 2017, so that's why I was a little unsure if I could have access to it again. I just figured it would not hurt to see since I am able to still view my old posts and profile.

Would be best to contact a member of staff about the issue, it's a little glitch in the system that happens. Hope you can get it sorted soon.
