It has been brought to my attention some users receiving bans who where never actually given bans. I have found the root of the problem and I'm looking to get it fixed asap as far as I'm aware this affects a couple of hundred accounts so I ask that you bare with me while I get a fix out to you.

Thank you for the info! My account was banned for 16 hours, and I was actually worried about it, because I've been travelling for 3 days and I wasn't online. I just got on today on the afternoon to give a check in my Pride. Now I'll just wait for this problem be fixed. ^^

Thank you very much about the banning problem! Our internet box went down, so I didn't need to worry about getting banned in game.

I'm just posting to say that yes, there is a banning glitch, BUT NO it doesn't mean that any bans you currently have are all glitch bans, for all you know there is a reason behind them. Just saying, don't instantly assume that because there is a issue that you are innocent.

i am glad you are getting it fixed but there is another bug when i opened farel heart it look horrible it did not look like that the first time i opened it

thanksyou for the info me and my sister got banned for 15 minutes 3 times so i was woundaring why but now i know :D

If you got banned as you were playing it was not a glitch but in fact a mod seeing you do something.
This will clear things up for many users.

Thanks for this post! I know someone who was banned and had not been on. This will reassure alot of people from worrying that their accounts have been hacked XD.

theres also blocking glitch as well i had users blocked on my block list when there was no one blocked on it. i jsut though this should also be brought to your attention.

Thanks for the heads up, Raz! One of my friends was banned recently and she said she hadn't done anything. I'll be glad to tell her {through E-mail} that it's a glitch ^^'

Skyblade, Yes Ive had that Glitch before, but I think they are already aware of it. Sometimes, or it used to, put all of your friends into the block list..Even tho they arnt really blocked and they still show up.. or are yours actually blocked ?
