Title: Game stuck on loading screen

i wanted to try and get back into this game for nostalgia sake everything's running fine and dandy until i login, choose a character, and try to enter the game it's stuck on the loading screen (mouse can still move) what do i do?

Try logging into the control panel on the website and "reset" the home of your characters and send them home, some might be stuck or glitched Otherwise from that if you still got issues it might be your internet or the map may be down
