Ok, so every time I try to log in from the browser, the page doesn't update so I can't play the game. I tried deleting the cache and cookies but still doesn't work

- Clear browser history
- Use a different browser (Last resort)
If it comes to it you can attempt to change your password. <3

I'm not sure which answer you're referring to. But I'll try to help!
Have you attempted to change your username or password recently?
Make sure you're typing it exactly how you registered it. Punctuation and capital letters and all. Some symbols aren't recognized as well, so if you used anything special for you password, you may need to reset it!
Unfortunately if that's the case, there's currently a bug where you are unable to reset your password or username. So you may need to wait!

So you can login to the "Play Game" page but the game itself is telling you your login info is incorrect?

No worries! There's no way to delete a post, but you can modify it if you need to make an edit, it will be up in the top right corner of each post you make!

But like I said, are you able to login to the "Play Game" page but not into the game itself? What error message is it giving you?

So I log in on the browser and it appears everything is fine since this is the message I get
"YoU MusT KeeP THIs pAgE opEn wHiLE you plaY Logout
Please note if your using a page refreshing addon this page now only needs to be reloaded once an hour

Then I open the game and type the same username and password and this is the messages I get
"Connecting to front server..."
"Request accepted, sending login..."
"Incorrect username or password (5 failed attempts causes 15min ban)"

And you haven't changed your password recently, correct?
Also, if your password has numbers and you used the "Num Pad" to the right of your keyboard during registration to type those numbers, they won't work when trying to login in-game.
Take a look here as well:
1. Make sure your caps lock is not on. The login is caps sensitive! Make sure you're typing everything correctly.
2. Do not use the numpad! Use the numbers above the alphabet on your keyboard.
3. Does your username or password have any unusual symbols such as ?$!@*-_ ect.? This can mess things up for some people. Make a new account if you're having trouble with symbols. If you make a new one, please try to stick with a-z letters, nothing capitalized.
4. Make sure that your keyboard language is in English! It won't log you in unless you have a US keyboard setting.
5. If you're trying to log on ingame, make sure the server is up and running. You can do this by looking at the top of the banner of this forum.
6. Make sure you are logging in with your username, not forum nickname. My actual username is JazzForLife, and I log in with that. I do not use Jazzz, because that is my forum nickname.
7. Even if you change your password on the forum, your password for the game will always be the same you signed up with.

I think I used numpad when I registered, in that case, is it better if I change password?
I use spanish keyboard, I will try changing the setting to us

Definitely try changing your keyboard to a US setting before changing your password, just in case! If it doesn't work though, a password reset may be required.

It's likely the NumPad is causing issues. I would try changing your password but lately there have been issues with password changes as stated here: Important Notice: Problems with Registration & Username/Password Changes (https://feral-heart.com/smf/index.php?topic=63007.0)
You can feel free to try to change your password regardless but it isn't guaranteed to work at this point. Hopefully we should have this Password change and registration issue figured out soon so that way we can ensure that password changes are successful.
