Title: Can anyone make a twili preset for my LoZ oc Prince Aziel?

Kinda like Midna's markings

but a little different like the markings and  inset of red eyes, My LoZ oc, Prince Aziel has blue eyes.

I don't know how to explain the markings.

His mane glows and markings glow

I have wanted to make a Twili preset for a while now. <3 Gimme a go.

I got the markings covered, don't worry. Just give me the other details and tidbits and I can whip him up.
