Title: Game takes a long time to load...

I select my character and then after a while it says "Failed to connect to map server. Retry?"

Hello, there. I suggest you to reset your characters location from here: User Panel (http://www.feral-heart.com/user/index.php)

Type in your username and password. Then, All you have to do is click "Reset Home" and then "Go Home".
After that, login in the game from here: Login (http://feral-heart.com/login/index.php) and run FeralHeart.
Make sure you keep that web page and browser open during the time you play FH.
Also, I think the reason why you are getting this message may be because you got logged out.
