I know you said you've done both, but let's re-trace our steps so we can get this working for you from a fresh perspective:

Download the mass markings you're wanting and place the download on your desktop.

Go into Local Disk (C:) \\ Feral Heart and delete the markings.cfg, then replace it with the markings.cfg found in your markings download.

Go into Local Disk (C:) \\ Feral Heart \\ Media \\ Textures \\ Markings and delete everything in there, then place the .png files from the markings download in there- just so everything is fresh, so you can be absolutely sure.

Relaunch Feral Heart (if you're in-game already).

One thing I once found is that I accidentally placed things into a backup Feral Heart folder I had by mistake, leaving me wondering why things weren't working like a dumb dumb.

Could be a long shot, but maybe this is happening to you too.

Just wanted to notify the original poster that the Dropbox files no longer exist and the mediafire method gave me a browser virus. I have my packs but at a cost I kind of regret.

I'm so sorry to hear this. The Dropbox links personally work for me and the files are there... As for Mediafire, I have had no problems and I believe stated in the past it's a relatively safe. Though if there's any problem I suggest getting an adblocker for the future if you don't already have one. Mediafire has never personally gave me a virus, neither. Hm, do you have an antivirus installed on your computer? What exactly did you do when you went to install them?

I've installed a blocker since and the virus is no longer an issue for me.

I followed exactly the instructions described in the original post. Adfly just took advantage of me Allowing the ad and I got spammed like crazy until I blocked the site and installed a blocker. I was able to download the files, though.
