I have seen a duplicated username
I sended to zombie some PMs and she says it never received the PMs.
I after seeing their profile i see this:

both users have the same user name.
what's happening?

What you are looking at MAY be their screen-name, not their username.

You need to send it to their username that they signed up with for in-game purposes, not the name they use on the forum, as they have the ability to make it different than their username. When you send it to their actual username it will go to that person and that person only. Make sure to type their username without quotes (ex: "wolffox" is a no-no) otherwise it will send it to another person with the forum nickname "Zombie" and not the user you're wishing to send it to.

I'm sure is a bug, when i send a mesage to the user 1799, it sends the PM to the user 566!
I can't send the info to the correct user!
And i have send private infomation to the wrong user. Help :'(

They'll probably have to change their username. It's actually a pretty common thing this, Even I have a duplicant account, not because I have teh same user as someone but because the first account I made wouldn't let me on XD They just need to make a small change like a point like I did and you should be able to send them PM's.

In the early Days of this Forum, it was possible that Users could have the same Displayname. That is not against the Rules if someone still has his Name visible there.

There is a way to see the real user name?
There are 8 users with displayname Zombie.
