Title: Can't log in

So I'm unable to login to the site, meaning I can't play. I now know there is a problem with changing users and passwords, but I didn't know that at the time of changing my user. Is there any possible way to fix this? because I have a roleplay on there I need to be active on or I'll be kicked.
My old user was Emikofox101 and my new one is _MochiChan_

According to your username here on the site, it doesn't match up with the user you're trying to use. Your site username and in-game username are the same~ Have you tried using Aiko_Chan? Or are you using a different account for the roleplay?

If Ame88's solution doesn't work, maybe try using your old username instead? I know some for some people it's taken a day or two for the server to recognize that you've changed the name and still works if you use your old user.
Also I'm not sure if the "_" is a character that can be used with an in-game user. If that's the issue it may be the username itself!

I'm currently using a friends account. Once I changed the user it was saved onto my browser, so I'm sure I spelled the new user correctly. And I have tried putting in my old user, but that didn't work either.

Ok so the problem is that we do not allow special symbols in usernames anymore, your actual username is MochiChan without the _ please let me know if you can log in, the special symbols were possibly deleted out.
