You're not the only one noticing this.
We are aware of the issue, and although we're not sure why it happens without digging a bit deeper and likely bumping Raz about it as well (I'll be sure to), the way to fix this is just to refresh your page, and don't scroll/click anything until it's fully loaded.

The forum server may also be having troubles sending the full information to the page to be displayed if your internet connection is slow or compromised, and it seems to do this more on Internet Explorer than other browsers.

Yeah I've been having the same problems too on both my iPad and laptop so you are not the only one I'm promise you.
Like Whitey said above they are trying to fix it, so just sit tight for now.
Also I suggest when posting a comment or making a thread that you select all your writing and copy it. Just in case you get a "503 Error" you won't lose what you said when you go back and refresh.

Oh good I though my computer was screwed up.
