You're not the only one noticing this.
We are aware of the issue, and although we're not sure why it happens without digging a bit deeper and likely bumping Raz about it as well (I'll be sure to), the way to fix this is just to refresh your page, and don't scroll/click anything until it's fully loaded.
The forum server may also be having troubles sending the full information to the page to be displayed if your internet connection is slow or compromised, and it seems to do this more on Internet Explorer than other browsers.
