Clip Studio EX! It's usually around 200 dollars but during christmas and summer they have sales where it's 80. It also has animation features that I haven't figured out how to use jdkfhgd.

Jokes aside, this has to be my favorite drawing of yours! The background and the glitch effect is super fitting! However, what I think you should do when updating this topic is putting all of your artwork in your first/main post and making a comment when there's an update so that it's more organized!
