Every once awhile I seen this little tab between profile and search...between those it says moderate? Then later on it disappears. I hope I didn't confuse anyone.

I've seen a couple weird things like this every so often when I've visited a page, like seeing the options to Lock or Delete a thread or something, but they disappear once I reload the page again.

I'm just assuming it might be something that is just happening temporarily with the site being worked on and all, there probably isn't any need to worry---though if it is a glitch, hopefully it can get resolved soon.
