SO! With that ^ said. This thread's general aim is for ranting a bit and getting stuff off your chest, because we all need to rant now and then, right? ^^ ~ About whatever you please. Bad day, bad grade, can't find your tablet pen?

AHMMMGGG I just got into a huge text fight with someone on Facebook regarding something old. This person is so dang stubborn! Dx It's so frustrating to deal with. :C Plus, super belly ache. x___x And no tums in sight! D8

I had to restore my iPod last night thanks to that thing. Made everything crash. It wiped out my apps, made it impossible to load the library, and the iPod was insanely slow all-around.
.... Well, at least I had all of the music backed up. Didn't get me this time, iTunes!

Oh and I'm still mad at DA for killing WALRUSFETUS about a year ago. That computer was my best friend.

I'm bad at raging. I'm sorry.

It's so irritating because it makes my browser freeze and most of the time I don't know that someone has started a convo with me until I see it in the Hotmail window a while later. Or if you already have a convo going, the Hotmail MSN pops up, you close it and it kills the chat in the start bar too.

I have the exact opposite of your problem! Me and my Gf get asked stupid questions everyday! A few idiots say the same thing everyday! And they still call her "Lesbo" (Btw, same kid that elbowed me says this!) A few of the kids even harass me and her! One of the girls thre a water bottle in my face and then made fun of me! Again, teachers say "They will just do it again!" I say " GET OFF YOU A** AND DO YOUR JOB! KEEP KIDS LIKE US SAFE!" (By kids like us, I mean kids that refuse to fight with the idiots!) They wont stop them from beating us to death! But if one of them says a swear word the teachers go insane! again, I HATE PEOPLE!!!

THEY WILL ALWAYS LIE because it's not socially acceptable to say you're not allowed to go out with someone they like! (Of course it's not socially acceptable to say 'he would never say yes' but I guess that person is just a b'tch) The same thing goes for going out with your friend's ex x_x

But then again, I think that b'tch deserves it seeing as how she's treating you now. It's her own fault she didn't ask him out first.

@Miranda: I agree with what Teal says, never ask that question, and when your friend put in: "...he won't say yes to you," was a sign that she was not okay with it. But wither she is or not you are allowed to ask anyone you want, and its her fault for not asking him first, as Teal mentioned.
Its horrible what's she's doing to you, and is obviously not your friend. The best action right now would probably just ignore her and laugh it off. If you show that you care she'll keep doing it and win, but when you show that you don't care she's only proving that she's a bleep and a donkey's butt to herself and everyone around her.

I hate being pressured into getting a boyfriend when I really don't want one or need one. I'm quite happy being single. I have been in a relationship before but I really do prefer the single life. Yay freedom? XD

Another thing that bothers me in regards to this whole topic is when tweens or young teenagers say they badly need a boyfriend/girlfriend because their lives depend on it. And when you try to explain to them "It never works out/rarely works out/isn't a good idea at that age" you get blasted with "YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND." I'm 22. I've witnessed it. I understand plenty.

This bugs me so much in forums, not just this one but others I visit too.
Especially when people make Help topics or something and about 3 topics under the one they made is a near identical post.
"Necroing" threads is also another hate of mine >_>. The topic is done and dusted Y U DO DIS? ESPECIALLY when they post with something like "yeah I agree" 8|. Or they post something totally unrelated..."HOW DO I?..."When there are other threads where they can find the answer.

The next thing I dislike is when they say they had followed the rules or looked but obviously they weren't reading them very well because they still made the mistake, and then they get irritated about it and whine instead of just fixing the problem, when your telling them straight what they did wrong and how they can fix it.

Here's another reason why I dislike people:

I. Hate. Copycats!
More than anything in the whole universe, or at least one of them!
And example about someone copying is rp. One time in FH, I was my favorite wolf char, a character I made and loved to be, and her looks were different from others and it made her unique. Well, a friend went off and copied her -_- I was so infuriated, I was speechless! I couldn't think of anything to say. I couldn't yell at her because she didn't mean to make me upset, but I made it clear that I did not like the copy....
Another is when you make a form for a character in an rp online, like here. Well, not sure about others, but making a character is one of my favorite things about rp. Thinking of their personalities, names, backgrounds, appearance, and so on. I would spend hours at times coming up with a good character, and think it over and working on the char during rps.
Then, suddenly, I see that someone goes and copies my character D<
I get so mad when that happens! I mean, I spend a lot of time and work on that character, and just like that they go and steal it. Sometimes its not the whole thing, but they would either copy my chars appearance, likes or dislikes, personality, ect, or with mixes of them, like same personality and appearance. I get so mad...
I mean, there are times when two rpers may cross paths with characters that have a somewhat simular personality, like both are serious and read lovers and so on. This I don't mind, because its sort of the same thing in real life, some people have the same likes and dislikes. Okay, fine. Its when the characters are so simular, its like they're the same person > <
I also hate it when the person copies your style of rp! They make it to where their char would do the same thing your char would do or say... And even copy the usage of words your using to describe what was going on.
-Sigh-, thankfully the other rpers in the group your rping with, if you are in a group, would see the simularities and coping and such and would be on your side, telling the copy cat to stop.

Rant 1: okay, so im absolutely hating myself right now. my body hurt, my head hurts, i can't even keep a stead hand anymore. I hate myself for being so paranoid. Depression, hiding up in my bed for hours, sometimes even a day at most. I freak out when i wake up and my mom/dad are gone, only to find they had gone to the store. i hate life right now, it just sucks. don't take me as movie, or that i want to die, i don't.

rant 2: my friend brought up a conversation about losing a dog, it ran away. she kept saying that nothing in the world could be worse, and it only brought out painful memories of losing about 3-5 cats within 2 weeks. i yelled at her saying that she didn't have to deal with seeing pets not run away, but DIE in front of her eyes. she got pissed at me and we haven't seen eachother for a day or two now.

Final Rant: I was at school and, this has been happening for days now, guys in all of my classes kept asking me out. I'm a lesbian, I will tell you that. but they don't know, cause this school holds many bad memories for me. but yes, they would come up to me "Lex, uh...will you go out with me?" i would politely turn them down the first time, but someone else came, asking me out once again. i simply didn't say anything and walked right by. the thirt, and final came to me onnn....thursday, i think it was? AND it was a guy i've hated since the 4th grade. this time, i just let the guy have it, saying i DIDN'T want to go out with him EVER, and I would NEVER change my mind.

GOD i F*CKING HATE GUYS. all they ever talk about is how they met some hot chick, and dumped them a few days later, I'm not going to be played like this, if i catch any hit that someone was betraying me, i would slap them and probavly hate them for the rest of my life. im too broken to be fixed, but I won't ever let them break me more.

Rant: So, last night me and my boys dealt with this guy. He's about 13, cocking little faggot tried to burn my cousin's house down. They're the same age, lol. He was also bullying her for the past year, beating her up. When she told me i didn't really care. Cause it's natural, and it goes away soon enough. But i didn't, of course. Instead i told him that he wanted me to come at him, and here i was. I told him to either come outside and talk to the boys or call his friends and tell them to come. He started shaking and finally decided to talk. We took him to a dead end, i think it's called, and talked to him. The cars drove in, the boys came out. And he started CRYING. Like.. we didn't even touch him yet. One of the boys talked to him and the others just surrounded the place. He started crying and denying everything, then my cousin FINALLY confronted him, she punched him. lol. Then he ran away. And we just went home. But yeah.. god these kids --

Yet they still ask me to download them, and even beg me to -_-

Friend: "Please try to download this map? Its awesome!"
Me: "I can't."

New rant: Hasn't anyone ever notice how people sometimes act in an rp? Like how sensitive they get with someone else's character and they take everything personally? I mean, its an rp, everything in it isn't real, but when something happens they don't like they go all emotional about it and yelling at you for what your character did.
For example, your character might get into an argument with someone else's character, and during the argument your character calls the second one a name, then the rper rping as that character goes:
*Gasp!* "Why would you say that!" D<
Then they start yelling at you for what your character said and your trying to explain to them that it was just for the rp, you don't really consider them the name you just used at them, yada yada yada...

Another example would be your characters personality or behavior. People may dislike how your character acts and get angry with you or something because of it -_-
I understand when your character's actions go a little overboard, like if he or she had anger issues and attacked someone else's character because of that, then I get why everyone would get irritated at you and angry. But when your character does nothing wrong, then I don't see what the problem is.

D8< Oh that is one of my ultimate hates when people bring personal feelings/issues into rps and such. I got a hell of a lot of it on the TEF site because Ren was not a nice character and then it'd make bringing him inforest such a pain. They'd just troll him to death and I hated it so much. People still would do it even though it's been over a year. I'm not kidding :\. This one user has such a stupid ongoing grudge against him that they'll use every single excuse to try and attack him inforest.
I have tried contacting them and talking to them about it, but all it would end up in is either a bigger fight or they'd say "I'll change c:" but they never have. Even though they've said it so many times.
This same lot that dislikes Ren also target my other deer, they'll use their same deer to attack another one of mine or troll them. That other deer of mine does not even KNOW most of those deer.
It's the absolute most ridiculous thing, especially when there are even WORSE deer/characters compared to Ren. I've no idea why they like to keep up this stupid hate.
I actually ended up changing the times I'd go on to avoid players. But it's impossible to avoid everyone. It kinda worked. It's also one of the reasons into why I pretty much have drifted from that game, because players there make me so angry.

And another time I experienced this would be during a rp over msn (but with a different person). This time it would be so obvious because it was incredibly OOC for their character and they'd do things that just wouldn't fit. For example, this character was pretty much the embodiment of happiness, the absolute reverse of evil and they'd then go and say some incredibly dark/cruel things.

Troll spell spamming is when players will relentlessly chase you through the forest and continue to cast spells on you in order to annoy you for a really long time. They generally will not stop no matter where you go, unless you get the red Crying Idol pelt or close the game.
Devout Pelt spamming is possibly the worst as it causes some games to lag.

Mounting..er...well...there's a certain combo of emotes that can be used while a deer stands behind another and it looks like that deer is trying to get your deer laid x_X ew.

@Miranda: You need to tell the principle or something. Its the principle's and teacher's job to stop bullying, which is basically what your friend is doing. Or tell your parents and they can do it. If this doesn't work, I suggest to just keep complaining about it till someone hears you, spam your parents and/or principle until they actually do something about it. If you have an older brother or something or know anyone older that is willing to help you out, you can also try scaring the pants off your ex-friend ;) Or scare her yourself.

I generally now get so worried about Ren's IC behaviour in games around strangers even though he's not as bad as some characters that are out there (Out of my friends OCs he's probably the tamest character |D; ). Ew is right. Guh people make their deer do that out in the open too. They don't go and find some secluded spot. It's not as bad as Bonfire Island. But it still makes you go "OH ewewew what are they doing" when you accidentally run into them.

To keep ontopic here...I really, really, really hate being a light sleeper. It makes me so annoyed that sometimes even the slightest noise will wake me up.
We have dogs. Dogs like the run around and make a ruckus at 5/7am when I'm asleep. Or SHOULD be asleep. It's usually worse when mum decides to babysit people's dogs when they go away and such.
There are rare occassions where I'll sleep through things, but usually I don't. I don't know why I'm a light sleeper but I really hate it.

Now I use Malwarebytes and Super Anti Spyware I think it is, they're both faster compared to Norton, and they picked up on the worm virus wedged in my Font folder O_o. They usually take about 3 hours.

Now, it lags so much, I can't go up certain bridges, making Andrew Winterangel (My lvl. 7 Chimp, soon to be eight) a lower leveled chimp. And the servers keep failing, which makes it worse. Even when I try to report glitches, it failed to report in-game.

Uber-frustrating....

@Kahara: Homeschooling is a lot better than public schooling, but it is harder, and you have to be really committed. Some people think its easier (which in some cases it might be) and a way to slack off from real work, but homeschooling you have to really work hard on.
In my opinion, homeschooling is a lot more fun then public school, and you get to learn at your own pace. You also get to learn the things you want to learn, instead of hearing the same garbage school keeps teaching students -_-
Seriously, I feel like every grade I go into they're just repeating the same stuff over and over again, and you only learn one or two new things after each grade. It annoys the heck out of me.
One year I went homeschooling then went back to public school the next year. I was already ahead of everyone! Everything they were teaching us I already learned from HS and more.

Also, I'm really cold at the moment xD

Yeah that chat box bug is slowly getting worse I've noticed. It's annoying when you want to block people who spam the chat with junk/swears/memes/dumb arguments.
You can still type the name into the 'Block' box though, which is good. Not as convinient, but it still works.

Pointless arguing. There we go. I dislike it when people start fighting over something dumb, and a common argument is one over an rp. I hate it when people take things you say the wrong way, then explode right off the bat without even giving you a chance to explain yourself. -.-
I also hate it when two other people or more are the ones arguing and your stuck in the middle. You have to listen to the pointless babble and it just infuriates me, and the argument doesn't even have anything to do with you.

Oh, that's another thing. During one of the times when, lets say, your friends were arguing over something and your just minding your own business, they suddenly say something bad about you, and your not even involved in the conversation.

What really irks me is that these arguments are mostly avoidable, but people just give in to anger and refuse to stop it :/

This irritates me as well -.-

I would put out a long and detailed reply and then when its the next person's turn to respond all they would put is one word like 'ok', 'oh', 'alright', and so on. So then I'm left there standing going "Um, that's it?" and become clueless as to what to put next x-x

This kind of issue is difficult because no one can claim a name (unless it's copyrighted or something) so it's kind of dumb that people would be like ">8C THEEF!11!" It'd be like someone who was named...say, Dani and then that person goes to another person with the same name and goes "U STOLE MY NAEM.". It's rather ridiculous.
But then again, I guess part of me would be annoyed if someone else had one of my character's names. I know I would't be pleased if there was another Draak running around TEF.
(Oddly, there are/were about three Rens. But neither of us knew one another XD. So when I found out I was like "...O_o" )
Although, I'd be more angry if someone used the name AND also stole their personality.

Then she decided I must have tasted good or something, because she jumped up and put her bottom teeth on my forehead and her top teeth on the side of my face and started biting down as hard as she could! She ended up taking a chunk out of the side of my forehead and left 2 red slashes on the top part of my head!

After spending 40 minutes on the phone with an Indian guy I could barely understand he and I both concluded that what with our inability to understand eachtother it would be an impossible and arduous task for him to guide me to fix the specific software problem manually- so I had to reset my computer back to its factory default. I am super dumb when it comes to computers- so I didn't have a external harddrive let alone a flash drive in sight to atleast save SOME of my info., so I said "screw it" and reset my laptop anyway. Now I have to download/install all of my programs and stuff and refind all of my anime torrents I had XP. Ok, that's my issue of the week- and this alll happened when I was already stressed from AP testing. I'm hoping all you guys have found better luck by now and will be ok

I've no idea, but it's really...irresponsible?/Not good site management skills. They seem to think that everyone can deal with problems themselves. But in reality they can't. And I'm not kidding on that part, I was trolled on that site one time and since we have no mods on that site we contacted M and A about it to either track the troll down or delete the posts (since we can't do that). And the response we got was along the lines of "C: you can deal with it yourselves."
Personally I think M and A are incredibly lazy and are completely clueless when it comes to running a community. TEF and the rest of their ToT games are pretty and such but urgh they can't run a community to save their lives.
On the actual TEF forum (not the Site) there are mods. However most of these mods barely come online anymore and it needs to be appointed new ones. Poor Sluggs is the only regular mod there XD.
And I agree, the Site would be way more tolerable if there were some non biased mods on it.
I'd be furious if they picked mods based on popularity because urgh. I think the problem is also the community itself, there's barely any decent members left on there anymore who could be a mod.

I'll also add that the site has absolutely no warnings or rules when it comes to content. I'm also pretty sure that'd breaking some kind of law. Or it seems like it is.
There's been near pornographic/incredibly suggestive content submitted to the site and the closest that it gets dealt with is that some people will ask the author/artist to put a warning on it. M and A don't do a thing about it.
And then the gore. Don't get me started on the gore...

My friends and I have picked M and A's competence apart so many times |D

I don't really 'care' if this isint DA or some other art site. You're commiting art theft, coloring over it in MS paint does NOT make it yours, nor does removing that watermark they put in it. I've seen prides and some packs take pouplar DA photos and use them as banners, and ugh... I just wanna call em' all out on it.

Recently my sis bought Call of Duty: World At War for the Wii. Problem is, she on a second mission and is scared of the Japanese Banzai attackers. Mostly because she can't do melee attacks in time (neither can I, would be nice if we had the Wii Zapper) before dying. The other game she was GOING to get is Hottest Dance Party. Now, all of our batteries is nearly dried out and not much progress in the game.

-Goddammit! Didn't I tell you to buy Hottest Dance Party?! I TOLD YOU SO! IT'S A DANCING GAME FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! -bah. Sorry, for my minor swear but this was fustrating me since she bought the game over two weeks ago.

Well I put on with that, and things improved while the week passed by. So I stopped taking those one or two days ago, and sore throat is back. Intact. ._. I would really rather not telling my parents this time, as I know my mother will probably go like "OMG woulaupqlfh we will go to another doctor!!!" and my father.. "STRAIGHT TO BED". And my finals are starting this Friday, and.. things are hard if you're absent during that time. So frustrating.. :L

I know how you feel. o.o My father is like that but my mother is very educated on medicine, she likes herbal remedies such as Echinacea spray, works wonders, and Riacola for a sore through, I suggest using it!

XD There is a place called Wyoming near me, one of my friends lives in that area XD 'cept it doesn't snow there, but if it did that would be epic. I could put up with cold if there snow, but as the woman abuse ad says "Snow in cold weather, Australia say's NO!"

So I'm in Aspen for the weekend for a lacrosse tournament- I just joined this Tuesday so I don't know the team very well- all of them but me and my supposed friend are freshmen- so they are kinda' catty but I can deal with that. Today we walked into downtown aspen to rent a movie, and they stopped to flirt/talk with some aspen boys and I distanced myself and sat there for 30 minutes befoer interveiening because A) I didn't want to get in trouble with the coaches and B) being desperate little- freshmen I was afraid they would inadvertently give away their adresses or something (they aren't the brightest bunch I hate to say :P and have proven themselves to be EXTREMELY boy crazy) and C) we were supposed to just get a movie and gtfo. Anyways- the moment I did that I was almost immediately called a boring control-freak b***** behind my back. Even my supposed fellow junior "friend" came right up to me later and asked if I was pmsing because I was being a "b****" ok admittedly I WAS being frowny-face and corrosive around the boys to make sure they knew that If they tried anything I'd kick their butts- and was a bit seclusive afterwards, but them calling me a b**** wasn't what really bothered me- no, it was the fact that my friend sided with them- and has sided with them this whole time in ragging on me for being wierd etc. I only joined the team because this "friend" invited me and supposedly the team "needed me" I'm more and more sure now though that she only invited me to show off to me how much these little 9th-grade punks think she's cool because normally she doesn't stand out in our normal group of friends. Invite me onto the team and then ignore me when I join just so some little a** hat 9th-graders think you're cool - niiiiceee :P. (No I don't think ALL 9th graders suck just you freshmen out there know <3) To sum it all up I'm kinda' revolted. Again- sorry for the wall of text X<- or if this is off-topic

First, the trip was awful. Had to fit four kids and an adult into a bucket seat moving truck. Two of us crunched in the middle while the other two shared a seat, and we had to fit a kennel with a cat inside and a dog in there. Very cramped and all of us got sick from the small space and heat XP
It took us two days to complete a 7 hour drive, we had to keep stopping to stretch and get fresh air because it was literally painful to sit in there x.x
Then, when we were so close to our destination, we ran out of gas and pulled to the side of the highway. Good news was we were near town, and that we had the insurance or whatever so the ones who gave us the moving truck had to get us and take us to where we can get more gas. Bad news, they took an hour or so to get there -.-
But hey, we're finally here x3

Second, the friend of my mom's were staying at is, well, annoying...
She's nice and everything, but oh. my. gosh!
Its like she thinks we're all five year olds Dx
Teaching us how to cook when I myself have cooked before (telling me how to stir, I know how to dang stir -.-), how to fold towels, and sheesh she was even telling me how to walk our own dog! D< Like I don't know how to use the leash. Another thing was that she has a cat of her own and she was going to have our dog and cat introduce themselves to her. Our dog (a chihuahua) wasn't to bad, she was actually really good. She saw the cat, barked, but backed off and left her alone. Our cat, on the other hand, got into a full fight with the other cat. Ours is male and the other is female. Now, reason why I've said this was because before I have said that this would happen, exactly. I had told everyone once our cat saw the other cat a cat fight was going to take place, and I was right -.-
But our mother's friend insisted they meet :/
Another thing is that now we have both in seperate rooms. Well, at night our mom's friend wants the animals trapped in their kennels. I did not like this, our cat had to stay in that thing for days now and I didn't want to force them in there! He was literally going insane. Everytime we put him in there now he meows like crazy and starts scratching at the bars, his cries so heartbreaking T_T I'm surprised his nails weren't torn off. One of the reasons I hate this so much is that he doesn't even have to be in there, he's locked up in a room... Broke my heart Dx
Oh, and she will NOT stop talking! I would be doing something, and she will keep trying to start up a conversation. It wouldn't be so bad but when she talks it has to do with some kind of lesson, like what I should do or something (which I hate with a passion being told by anyone unless I actually ask for it), even though I already know it, and its always something I am absolutely not interested in, and I am someone who just hates talking. Also, I can never complete a sentence anyway -.-
I especially hate it when this happens when I'm reading. Just today, it took me an hour to finish reading one paragraph of my book because she wanted to speak with me xP
I also really, really, really hate that she acts like we're all stupid. Like how we do not know what she's talking about, not paying attention, and so on. Just a moment ago, she asked if we could fix our cat's kennel. Reason why it was broken because he somehow got free and one of the locks got loose, so not really broken but yeah. Well, I was trying to explain to her that the lock was missing, we couldn't find it. She kept repeating the same thing over and over again as if she thought I didn't understood her D<
"Bring it on over, we can fix it with the spare time we have, bring it on over!"
I kept telling her the lock was missing but I guess she didn't believe me -_-
Another time was that we were getting our packing stuff organized, we were at the moving truck in the back placing everything inside so it was ready to go. Now, while back there she said to grab the "white thing" (exact words) at the side of the truck. I turned and there were about five objects that were white. I turned back and asked exactly what it was she wanted, but she only said the same thing. I had to walk back and forth until I finally found out what it was she wanted. And these were only a few things that took place while we were here. *Sigh*
I am now very dizzy, light headed, and have a head ache -_-

Extremely good news, we are leaving her place tomorrow, hence why we had to load the truck ^.^
Again, she is really nice and can be an awesome person, but not someone you would want over all of the time and to live with...

Saying "that's the real world" Gets you out of naught. You could say that about cannibalism, and the law wouldn't let you get off scott free. So don't expect us to read that and go, "Oh, they broke the rules, but we should let them be because 'That's the real world' ".

Sorry about the rant, but so many people use so many varied excuses and reasonings for things that are just a no, like, they are a kid, so we have to go soft and let them get away with stuff. Or they are disabled, or they are having a hard time, or "That's life".

People who say that if you don't like one game you are not a true fan. So someone doesn't like a really bad version of a game series, does that make them fake fans who were only pretending to love the game series, or do they just simply not like that one version of a game for something terrible they did in the game. It's like saying you're not a true fan of a TV series because there was one lame episode you didn't like, or one character that really grated on your nerves. It is wrong and conceited. Don't act high and mighty because you lord yourself as a true fan of a series just because you liked some part of it others didn't.
