This is one of the new IT servers which is around 7 months old now. The community is still small, but the game is pretty much fun.
Especially since it's still upgrading and updating. Give it a chance! ;3

Istaria is fun as someone already mentioned! Sadly only humans are avaliable unless you pay, but if you pay there are DRAGONS so it's SO WORTH IT XD

World Of Warcraft is also fun and free to play up to level 20. Sadly there are no animal races but Worgens are werewolf like.

Alicia is a Korean made game that is horseback riding. You can pick up the beta version but there is still a lot of work to do.

I know you said not to say IT servers but there a LOT of good ones out there such as Dragons Den and Azopatos, or even Wolf Soul. I actually work for a Work In Progress impressive title server if you'd like to check out the forum at least. -> http://miskai.boards.net
