Incorrect Username/Login (solved)

Whenever I attempt to log into the game, I get the "Incorrect username/password. 5 attempts result in a 15 minute ban" message.
I reset my password, I turned off the firewall, and I checked some of the other things.
Nothing seems to help
My friend is able to log in on the same computer with his account, so it seems to be an issue with my account.

How do I reset my password on the game then?
I think I reset on the forum.
I checked everything else on that list already, it's of no help.
(Edit: This has been solved, you may close the thread. I'm not sure how, but I finally got in lol)
