Hi hello yes,, I rediscovered this game tonight, downloaded it, made a new account after forgetting my old account, and when I went to connect to the front server in game, I just... Can't. It continues to tell me that its failing to connect. I saw the other thread regarding this, tried everything there (but uninstalling the game itself) and no bueno. I've edited my firewall, my antivirus connection, triple checked the play game browser (is it supposed to just say "done?" I know old feralheart would take you to another page with lowercase and uppercase letters telling me to keep this browser open, or something along that line) is open and still... nothing. Failure to connect. I've even tried switching from my wifi to hotspot. I've got the FeralHeart 1.17a exe installed too. Please help!! :O

What does it say after done? If it says done that isn't a good sign. It should bring you to a page with links and pictures on it.

It says, simply "done" and I'm stuck staring at this screen with my username and password and an itty bitty "done" under them, heh.

That's odd. Usually it'll say something like: Done: you are banned.
Can you provide screenshots of this?

I have tried using it as a solution; its the same image from my computer. just that and "done." ;O;
I dont recall ever being banned from FH, if that's the issue. I got kicked once for letting a cuss word slip, but i was allowed back almost immediately.

That's really odd! I've never seen such a thing. Maybe bring it up with a staff member?

Hello! This is an issue that happens quite a bit to players. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using a different browser (even try using Chrome on your phone to sign in), and make sure that you're typing everything in properly.

It is, much to my dismay, yet another deadend ú_ù;
I hope that once i get a different computer and reinstall, it may work, but FH just says no to me playing on this one apparently hehe.
