Friend is unable to make an account

My friend has been trying, for the past two days to make an account for FeralHeart with no avail.

He kept filling out the form and sending it and getting a page with the words "Could not open socket" on it.

I tried to register the account for him on my computer (different IP) and I got the same exact problem.

Is there any solution to this problem?

I'm having this same problem. I did the same thing you did and it did the same thing.

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues, I'm not sure we had this error before.

I also caught another Deviant art user talking about the same thing. Hopefully this is nothing severe on a wider scale, but this has been reported to raz, and will hopefully be looked into sometime soon.

If you guys by any possibilities could get the complete error code that's given when you get "Could not open socket", or is that all?

I went to make the account again to get the error and it worked! O.o ...Thank you? XD

Well look at that. Maybe the error were just temporary, or related to something else that got sorted earlier by raz.
