On a Thursday afternoon a loud boom was heard, noticing what had happened she knew that a team of people in red cloths were breaking to the tower. Region(s): -She was born in the Johto region. -However, as her job calls for it, she has moved about to the following regions: Kanto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh.
History: Miss. Vanier was born Olivine City to her parents, Emma and Neal, out in seawhile they were out on an expedition in the city's coast to research the extent of power that the Ampharos named "Amphy" could conduct and the range in which it can be seen from. The mother, was strictly independent on er research but her husband accompanied her as she was 9 months into the pregnancy and out during the research, her water broke and the father calmly to the reins as she burst out in shout to keep writing down what was occurring in the experiment. Throughout the course of her life, Odile was heavily influenced by her parents that were scientists but instead of actually involving Pokemon, they rather focused on the outward power they could present to society, often, they acted was engineers to such a degree. However, she took on the route as a Professor that still focused on the scientific aspect of Pokemon and item effects on them but she has begun to focus on that now as she was introduced to the Kalos region that had the Mega Stones.
During the segment between Johto and Kalos, she was moving frequently at her own accord and went off collecting data but she has trained a team and fought several of the evil organizations per the region she has been in. Even gym battles have given a go and te Elite four in her days in the Hoenn region. For now, she is in the region of Kalos to be introduced to the issue known as Team Flare and all she can do is marvel at Professor Sycamore has hidden from the letter as it seemed distantly vague like to where he'd received this information or any sources to make his work credible.

(Oooh that awesome ^^ Shinies, from what ive heard and seen, are supposed to be more common in x and y than previous games. The only shiny I have encountered beside gyarados that i could transfer to x and y was a shiny fearow i got on leafgreen. all the other times i caught them on crystal :v)

Walking into the cafe Tyler looked around for a place to sit. Heading over to sit down her pokeball stared to shake takeing the ball off her belt see sigh as her Charizard,Blister moved around in the pokeball with excitement "Calm down Blister I'm sure their be here soon." She said sitting down in the chair and attaching Blisters ball back to her belt.

He walked down one of the streets of the city they had just arrived at and scratched his head a bit, staring closely at the unfamiliar Kalos region map and sighed, "I think we're lost again. This is nothing like home." Valtorn, the zangoose by his side, snickered at this and shook his head trying to keep in from laughing to hard. Even his own pokemon knew he wasn't the best navigator out there. Arkanis rolled his eyes and shrugged, "I suppose we'll just have to ask around then."

Odile hadn't wondered much throughout the morning as to where this cafe exactly was located as her mind was wondering to her Vaporeon that was calmly pacing at her side but he didn't seem to notice much of the scenery besides the heavy scents of the alluring foods from every corner of Lumiose City. The newest member of the team, Braixen, was mindlessly waving his wand about as his ears ricked up to the sensation of his trainer ruffling his yellow fur that made a low growl escaped from the depth of his throat.
"And the cafe...is not here," a frustrated sigh escaped her as the Vaporeon graced his side against her leg, as if wanting to be petted, but the trainer ignored it as she resumed reading the map. Fanning herself, she eyed about the crowd to spot the many unfamiliar faces of the Kalos region. The Braixen had tugged on his trainer's coat as she eyed down, blue eyes only questioning the Pokemon that had no answers. "Want to hold the letter? I can see the wand is boring you," a tired smile came to her as she exchanged the letter to the Braixen who already placed the wand into his bushy tail. Braixen obliged to the gift as he opened it and began to eye at the letters, not even being literate, but it was all pictures to him that allowed for his imagination to explore.
Idly, Odile reclined against a fancy restaurant sign that was still visible for all other patrons that passed by but she had lowered the city's map to inspect it better. This was honestly her first time arriving to the city and she was often good with her direction and routes but, being as she was in a new region, that wasn't working out too well. "Braixen, your region is odd," she stuck out her tongue to the Braixen that glanced back at her with his ears twitching at her statement but he reciprocated the tongue jest. Vaporeon, in a placid fashion, strolled about to the avenue's corner and bobbed his head about to watch the bodies coming by as Odile raised her voice slightly to the Vaporeon, "Don't think of soaking these folks. You do know well enough they aren't as friendly as the Hoenn citizens." A smirk grew upon the Vaporeon's face as Odile only chuckled and resumed eyeing at the map.

Sighing Tyler toke off one of her pokeballs from her belt and tossed it into the air. The ball opened and a bright white light shot out and landed on the floor of the cafe. When the light died down a yellow pokemon had appeared and was smiling at her. Looking at her Pikachu, Sparky she cuaght the pokeball and clipped it back to her belt. When she had finished her pokemon jumped onto her lap and nuzzled up to her. Picking up the fluffy pokemon she set her on the table and began to brush her fur. "Sparky you have to look nice for when the other get here. Your got pretty riled up when we were battling g that Venomoth." She said continuing to brush the pokemon and she smiled as she heard its joyful sigh.Looking up Tyler noticed someone or something at the entrance to the cafe.
(I waited till 6:00 in the morning for pokemon bank >:| )

He continued to search around for a bit long before Valtorn tugged on his jacket looking up at him. Arkanis blinked, "Huh? What is it?" The zangoose pointed ahead where he saw a large arcanine enter a cafe and winced, "Oh. I totally knew that was ahead." Valtorn rolled its eyes and gave a sarcastic smile meaning, sure you did... He continued ahead and asked, "Think Zelkin won't mind sharing the spotlight?" The pokemon gave no response and continued onwards on all fours, passing through the glass door right before Arkanis happily, holding the map in his mouth. The trainer looked over, seeing a couple others and shrugged, walking over to great them with the zangoose not too far behind.

Mumbling nonsensical wonder under her breath, she had began to trace her finger along the street names and passages that acted as shortcuts in the large city. The Vaporeon had growled slightly at the passerbys that had their Furfrous pampered, groomed, but often reeking of foreign perfumes that made the Pokemon wanting to fall upon his side and whine for it to stop. "10 paces forward, turn right, and -- Vaporeon, please don't be dramatic at this time" Odile sighed in disbelief as to what a sassy Pokemon she had dealt with throughout all these years and one like him was certainly an experience to be. The Braixen had taken the letter had began slowly with his paws to fold the corners as he was certainly growing bored as well but a familiar sound caught his attention. "Brrr," a low growl escaped from its throat as Odile eyed at the mage Pokemon with concern but it had softened as it held its paw out in the general direction of several trainers (notable from their Pokemon out such as a Zangoose and an Arcanine.) "I need to invent a Pokemon decoder next if this keeps on happening," her blue eyes rolled slowly as she ruffled his yellow head as his foot automatically stumped to the ground in pleasure of his sweet spot being found.
"Vap! Front and out!" Odile pressed her index and middle finger to her kips as a sharp whistle caught the blue Pokemon's attention and it trotted over back and brushed aside Braixen in a friendly matter to greet him. Eyeing at her stable Pokeballs that were hidden under her jacket, she wondered of Gardevoir, Flygon, Lucario, and Mawile would soon be joining the party as the two present at her side weren't exactly the type that enjoyed their small homes. All three began to stroll to the cafe and she drew her lips into her mouth and was about to grab or the doorknob but Braixen casually opened it for her and the trainer smiled, a small blush on her face.
"You're the sweetest thing on this far side of Kalos," Odile teased as she strolled in but thanked her Pokemon as Vaporeon followed with his tail wagging in superiority and the Braixen settled the door gently back to its place and eyed about the company of other Pokemon. Orange eyes had narrowed to a large backside of a red and white Pokemon that he had never seen but the Vaporeon easily recognized it as both exchanged soft mutters as the often pompous Vaoreon was gentle in his explanation as to that foreign Pokemon being Zangoose. The professor sighed as she held out her hand as Braixen placed the letter into her hand as she nodded her head, "Thank you, Braixen. Truly a gentleman of magic." The trainer only eyed about the crowd, noticing similar letters in other trainer's hands as she noted the age difference in several as she sighed. She was possibly the oldest out of the crowd.

I believe they've done that for the JP release but it is unfair that NA and the EU have to do it all at the same time for their regions.. But, there can be some conflicts to several countries that aren't exactly recognized and might have a longer waiting time. ]]

She simled and glanced at the boy in the corner wondering what she should do as she quickly glanced back to the girl with the Arcinine. Digging in her backpack she wondered if she still had the Mago Berry that Sparky enjoyed. "Seems that I don't have an Mago Berry's left." She muttered to herself,sighing she patted Sparky and simper as the pokemon Jumped off the table and ran towards the boy in the corner.

Arcanine barked sharply at the Zangoose that had walked in, storming up to it. "Arcanine!" Raven yelled. She stepped in front of him and stood on her toes. She put her hands on his large snout. "Arcanine, now remember, you need to learn to get along with other Pokemon. I don't want to put you back in your Pokeball, so behave." Arcanine backed off, sitting down onto the floor. Raven turned to the other trainer. "I'm so sorry about his behavior. He has been kind of offish since we left home." She ran her hands through Arcanine's mane, looking over the boy's Zangoose. "Your Pokemon looks very friendly. Once again, I'm sorry." She looked around and then pulled the letter out of her pocket. "There isn't any chance that you got one of these, is there?"

Looking over at the girl and boy Tyler noticed the letter in the girls hand. Noticeing the same papper and hand writing she grabbed hers and set it on the table. When it was on the table she walked over to get Sparky she quickly picked up her pikachu and nodded towards the boy as she walked back to her seat "Sparky you can't go running off like that." She whispered into he pokemons ear, placing Sparky on the table Tyler than sat down and whatched as her Pikachu open the letter and stare at it as if she was reading but. Tyler knew that her pokemon only wanted to look like she was able to read just like anyother pokemon.

He froze in his spot seeing the arcanine galloping towards them and barking. Valtorn growled low though stayed back, staring at the pokemon protectively, even as the trainer called it off. Arkanis looked up and smiled a bit, "Oh no. It's alright. I completely understand. We've also been traveling away from home and some of mine are the same way." The zangoose smiled lightly at the complement, flicking his tail a few times before reaching into his trainer's pocket and picking up a letter, showing it to her. He nodded, "Yea, I got one of those. I suppose you're one of the trainers were going to be traveling with? It's nice to meet you. The name's Arkanis and this is Valtorn." He petted the top of the white pokemon's head as he let out a low call before ducking and peering over at the other trainer who was sitting down and walked over. Arkanis's eyes followed him to make sure he wouldn't act out then turned back to the fellow trainer, "Are the others already here?"

Vaporeon and Braixen noticed the nerved position their trainer was standing in as she was up against the wall and fiddling about with her hands. She had been the awkward type in several events, usually with these of her league being professors and people of science but an occasional trainer she had met here and there thanks to her time in the Hoenn region. However, her head dipped as she allowed herself to hear about the cafe as the Vaporeon began to walk away from the presence of his trainer. His head had cocked to the side, in amazement at the window ledge that was even close enough for him to reach. The Vaporeon began to ruffle himself, with the white collar about his neck waving a bit, as he hopped onto an unoccupied chair and again to the ledge. He reclined lazily onto his side, his ail waving lethargically and was being being pestered by a small Poochyena but the Pokemon hadn't stirred at all from his spot.
Odile, meanwhile, had been keeping to herself and overhearing the conversations that happened about her such as that Arcanine near ready to attack the Zangoose and the blonde trainer. This only made her question whether or not Flygon would've acted in the same way whilst Lucario laughing tremendously and having to hold it back with Gardevoir. The sight of a letter caught her attention as Braixen noticed the alter of her often eccentric aura and eyed at the paper as well. "Looks like we can see the members." She bit onto her tongue slightly as the bi-pedal Pokemon patted her hand as if to reconcile her tightening nerves as to what may happen. As Professor Sycamore was absent as usual, the woman could only wonder as to how he became aware of others. Perhaps through the Elite Four? Research? Battles? As far as she was concerned, there was a breeder sitting idly and nervously at one side of the cafe with an egg nestled upon his land. Another was reading a letter to a Pikachu, and the other two were standing and conversing about the letter. '2 males, 3 females,' she calculated as to how many members of her company would be here including herself as she was slightly disappointed in the small amount needed. One of the girls didn't even look old enough to have been venturing out in the world. 14, maybe?
Braixen settled itself onto a seat next to his trainer as he waved politely to an elderly patron that was sipping his tea but couldn't help but eye at the duo from the top of his newspaper. Odile was just patiently reading at every line of the letter with one hand as the other hand slid the folded map away into her pocket.

Looking up from the letter Tyler saw a Zangoose come over " Hi " she said smiling at the Zangoose while sparky jumped down beside it. " So Zangoose who's your trainer?" She said looking at anyone who could be the zangooses trainer.

Raven grinned and turned, looking at the others in the cafe. "I would like to ask something!" She shouted a little loudly, obviously disturbing some of the customers. "Can um... Can anybody who got a letter come sit over here?" The short girl pointed at the largest table, then sitting at it herself. She waited for the others to join her, then she began talking. Raven was the type that took initiative, even if she wasn't asked.
"Oh, is this it...?" Raven shrugged as everyone sat down. "I just thought that we should wait for-" She stopped mid sentence as she saw Professor Sycamore walk into the cafe. Raven's Arcanine bounced up the the professor freely, placing his large paws on his shoulders and barking. Even though some people glared at the Pokemon, she didn't care. She giggled and approched Professor Sycamore. "Well, I see that he has grown!" Sycamore pet Arcanine's head, as if they were old friends. They sort of were, in a way. "I remember when he was just a Growlithe." A deep chuckle came from him.
"Well, come join us," Raven laughed. "We were just sitting down."

[[Wolfie: Just wanting to ask, shouldn't Professor Sycamore be the one to introduce the group all together as he did request them? Not to be rude but, it seems that the Professor would be having the information Raven has currently as everyone came here without the slightest acknowledgement f Team Flare's other activities within the other regions. Mind you, several that have traveled might have but even those that have (like Odile) were more concentrated on something else.

( Yes, yes, that was the original plan, but I held back on it for a couple of reasons. I wanted to move the RP along a little bit, plus I am absolutely terrible at RPing males and officials and things like that. I'm editing the post right now.
EDIT: I see what you mean. It's just hard to move the RP along. He can be an NPC, I'll just have my character see him walk in. )

Taking a seat at the table that the girl had asked for the customers with the letter to sit at. Sitting down she watched Sparky climb into her lap and dig in her backpack that was beside her. sighing as she watched her pokemon pulled out a Mago berry " Sparky don't eat to much or you might spoil your dinner." She whispered in the Pokemon's ear. Seeing the pokemon nod, Tyler looked around.
Seeing a man walking Tyler watched as the girls Arcinine bounce over to the man and place its giant paws on his shoulders. seeing the girl walk over and giggle at the pokemon's greeting she quickly tensed as she had just got use to the people already here.

Ricky smiled down at the pokemon that was known as Sparky, seeing as the trainer came to take her back. He slid out the letter from under Sunny's paw. When the booming voice of one of the females shouted, he jumped, bumping his knee on the table. He tried not to make much noise as he pulled himself up from the seat, clutching the egg close. His electric pokemon scampered up his arm to rest on his shoulder, rubbing his crumb filled cheeks on Ricky's.
The older trainer slowly made his way over. He staid behind the ruckus the Arcanine was causing with the well known professor. He placed the letter down on the table, watching. Before sliding into the seat, Ricky took of his backpack, which was hard with Sunny resting on his shoulders, and opened it up carefully. Rummaging through, he pulled out his case for berries, color coordinated and organized to a T. "Here you go bud," He handed one to Sunny before setting it out on the table. He'd gladly share his berries with the other pokemon. There was plenty more at home he could go pick up.

She said deciding to speak up but kind of slideing back down in the chair sense she was the youngest by the looks of everyone. " I don't mean to be rude." She said gulping and started to stare at the floor to her side.

Hey guys; I cannot apologize enough for my inactivity. I have school and volleyball, and I'm sick and about to leave on a trip. I really want this RP to work out, and if you guys want to, you can post. I'll try to get a more introductory post up where the professor talks more, but I need some time. I could possibly do it on the plane, but is also have homework to do then too. You can move on without me. I could just catch up. I'm going to let you guys make the decision.
