When will registration be open in AUS time? :) My friends really wants a account.. :)

I'm afraid  registration opens at completely random times. Contrary to popular belief there really is no set time as to when it opens. So no one can really give you a definite answer. Your friend will just have to keep an eye out for when it opens, sorry. X3

Your friend just has to be patient. If they have the time they can try checking the site at the start of every hour and they might catch it. When it does open it opens for about 2hrs so there will be plenty time. Goodluck
