Where would I post this?

Okay I have a clan, a dragon clan. It's in-game, and I was going to make a thread on here but I don't know where to post it  :-\. Would it be in offtopic roleplay, even though it's in-game? Or in Groups? When I look through groups, I don't see any other groups that are dragons or some other species, all I see are felines and canines. But when I look through the offtopic roleplay, I see roleplay that's not in-game. I'm really stuck here, so could someone help me?  :P
