Roleplay Sample: Lavina stopped in her tracks, looking around desperately for one of her pack mates. She let out a loud howl, listening for one in response. Nothing. Her gaze traveled to the direction of the camp as her heart sunk into her stomach. Tension had been rising in the pack for a while, making everyone more bitter than usual. Lavina herself was a cruel wolf, always pushing anyone who wasn't a packmate away. But it had come back to bite her in the tail as she was separated from them. Now she was desperate for anyone, anyone at all.
Why you believe you'd be a good member of Onyx Chain: Roleplays like this have always seemed to have been my thing. The last rp I was in that was somewhat like this was one of my favorite ever and since it ended I've been wanting to join another.

Past History: Tarrio was born with single parents. He had 2 other siblings, Hawaq and Grer. Completely weaned by his parents, he lived a simple life. But, when he hit his 9 month of life, his family had a dilemma with another pack. The pack was stealing his family's territory to expand their packs territory, so it was do or die. Tarrio was forced to leave his family early, and he ran off to the Eioss territory without knowing. He was found by a spy of the pack, and was taken in to be healed from loneliness and starvation.
Roleplay Sample: Tarrio trotted around camp, feeling the leaves when he hit his paws on the ground and heard them rustle as he moved. The distant call of a hawk ringed in his ears, and the wind swiped though his dark, blended pelt. He liked running around the camp. It gives him his exercise, and he gets to feel the wind at his muzzle. It made Tarrio feel free, free from any harm of anything. But he knew he settled in a world of brutal war, or as he put it. Born with singe parents, he didn't know the ways of the pack, but as an apprentice, he sure and wished he would become the greatest wolf the Eioss pack will ever face.
Why you believe you'd be a good member of Onyx Chain: I have had 2 years of experience of roleplay. Although, it has died down because of my attention span and grammar problems that people seem to point out, when I found this roleplay, I imagined so much fun with it. I haven't joined a mass roleplay before, and I always dreamed of joining one soon enough. I also got interesting hope for this character, and my membership in this roleplay. Even if I'm not active enough, I would try to be a great member of the roleplay.
Activity: Since I go to a school that somehow gives more work out than my brother's (he's in high school, and I'm in middle school), I may not be as active enough Monday-Thursday. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are my key days. Also, since of my procrastination and low attention span problem, I may seem to forget about this roleplay. Despite, I will try my best to keep my behind in this roleplay, and I mean try. If my problem overcomes me, I will note you staff about my idle-ness I may be having in the future.

Accepted. I'll be sending you a message on the FH forum, as as soon as you can get skype i will be messaging you on there too. The onyx chain members dont use bad wolf speak, if thats what you mean. We don't use words such as banner for tail because that simply does not mean tail. We don't use wolf speak if it doesn't mean what we want it to. So i hope that helps answer your questions.

Roleplay Sample: Syllas walked along the muddy shore, looking into the raging river next to her. She gazed in hunger at few fish swimming around, trying not to crash into rocks in the rapid currents. The wolf just shook her head, knowing now was not the time for a meal [not that she could hunt well anyways, never mind fish], and kept going, heading towards a small cave in the distance. As she arrived, the she-wolf bent down to a skinny pup. Syllas dropped the small rabbit in her jaws, nervous. "Shh, it's OK little one. Go on, eat up. You need it more then I ever will."
Why you believe you'd be a good member of Onyx Chain: I haven't seen a decent looking wolf RP-ish-thing for a while, and this RP looks interesting. I love to share my opinions on things, and being a past group owner, I know quite a bit about what RP leaders look for in members. In other words, if you recruit in-game, I'm great for taking samples.

Roleplay Sample: All fibers in her body were telling her to just walk away, leave this brute to do whatever he was doing. However, being called names and such, caused her to be a bit more stubborn. Like a sudden switch had flickered on. She turned her bodice towards the obviously larger wolf. Though instead of sneering, or snarling, she merely had a calm, unnerving gaze. Not really saying anything. Well, until she just had too. "Say what you want, but I could probably pin you down with my saliva." This, was most likely true. Not that she was cockily thinking of herself as higher, but this male was underweight and like a twig. So even a squirrel could pin him down. With a yawn, she'd turn herself away from the scene and make towards the river that was not to far away. Wanting to get as far away from this, creepy male as possible. What if he had rabies or something?

Past History: Phoenix and her two sisters, Khali and Fiora, were born to a pair of hunters in a pack that, shortly after, fell apart after a violent conflict with a rival pack-- A conflict that resulted in the loss of both of her parents. Since then, Phoenix and her sisters wandered the lands together, fiercely loyal to one another, having been raised on the belief that family always came first. On a hot summer night, the forest the three of them had made their home in was suddenly alive with fire, separating the three of them; Phoenix later found the charred body of Khali among the ashes, but her older sister Fiora was nowhere to be found. Strong in the belief that her sister was still alive, she's been travelling on her own ever since, determined to find her.
Roleplay Sample:
Phoenix's howl came so loud, and so suddenly, that several of the birds nestled in the nearby trees took off into the sky out of fright; down below, the noise had frightened a fat rabbit out from underneath a log... And that was what she wanted. The second she spotted that rabbit, Phoenix was off, bounding over stumps and raised roots in hot pursuit. Green eyes glittered with a wild determination, jaws parted in a heavy pant. Through the underbrush, zig-zagging around the trees, across a clearing and towards the dusty, barren base of the cliffside... She was closing in.
Phoenix knew what was up ahead: rocks from the cliff-face that hung over the valley rose up on either side of them, and at the end of that tightened path was nothing but a rock wall. It was a dead end, and that damned rabbit would have nowhere else to go. She had the whole thing planned out. Any minute now, the rabbit would realize it was trapped, slow down, come to a stop, and either accept its fate or just claw at the wall until Phoenix got to it.
She was getting closer...
... But the rabbit was still going full-tilt, straight at the wall. The sudden realization that this fuzzball wasn't planning to come to a stop almost made Phoenix stumble. What was it expecting to do? Just run straight through the rocks? She picked up the pace, paws pounding on the dusty earth as she tried to catch up. She was just a few feet from it... She craned her neck, jaws wide open...
The rabbit jumped at the end of the path, and as it did Phoenix sprang forward, intending to snatch it out of the air.
Fuzzy bunny paws met the rock wall and sprang back, launching the rabbit straight over Phoenix's head.
She caught only a brief glance at the rabbit flying above her, twisting its body in the opposite direction, before she was met with a face-full of rock.
She collapsed on the ground with stars in her eyes. Once the world stopped spinning-- or at least managed to spin at only a moderate pace-- she clambered to her feet, and stumbled around just in time to see the rabbit dart out of the rock path and disappear around a corner.
All she could do was stare. And stare... And stare. Then her posture slouched, and her backside plopped down in a clumsy sit.
"... Huh," she snorted after a long moment's silence. She wrinkled her aching, bleeding nose and winced. "... Didn't know they could do that."
Why You Believe You'd be a Good Member of Onyx Chain: I have several years' experience in para and multi-para literate feral wolf roleplay, and even more years' experience in roleplay of other genres; it's been some time, however, due to personal life things that got in the way of my RP-time, so I'm a little bit rusty at the moment. However, when I saw the ad for this group I was reminded a lot of the feral wolf RP where I'd originally started and learned to love this genre, and I think I'd have a lot of fun with this setting and this group of people.
Activity: It varies. I work a full-time job with pretty flexible hours, so sometimes I'll only be available in the mornings, other times I'll only be available in the evenings. I usually have two days off a week (sometimes three), though they vary as well depending on the schedule. If need be, I can give a better idea of what my availability will be like each week as my schedule comes out so the mods are aware beforehand. :)

Soul Colour: My soul is a very light shade of blue but now and then there is a hint of grey within.
Past History: I was born into the Kako pack but when my parents saw that my soul wasn't dark, they sent me away. As a lone pup, survival was not easy. I struggled down the icy slopes of the mountains for days on end. My only source of food was the occasional insect or small reptile that had been frozen in the thick snow. After a painful decent, which had taken me many days, I finally reached the end of the mountain range and the edge of a forest. The warmth filled my frail little body. I crept on among the trees until I collapsed. When I was found, I was already half-dead. I was taken to the council of the Eioss pack where the Alpha couple decided to keep me as their daughter. They took care of me and I soon became stronger and was able to live the normal life of a wolf without having to fear death at every step I took. I grew fast and when I reached nine months of age, I started to learn the art of stealth.
Roleplay Sample:Cann slowly crept along among the trees. She crouched so low, her belly skimmed the leaves, which lay scattered all around her. It was the beginning of Autumn but she didn't fear the approaching chill that hung in the air. The poor creature before her had no idea what was coming and it continued to graze silently. Helplessly.
For a moment, Cann froze and looked back to where her teacher crouched, almost invisible, in the shadows. He gave her a slight nod. Cann refocused her attention her prey. Her challenge was to get as close as she could to it before it noticed her. She aimed to get within a paw's reach of the beast.
All her life, Cann's sole wish had been to become a stealth hunter and become a scout or a spy in the battles against the Kako tyrants. Secretly, she knew that this would be the only way to get close to her true parents without having to kill them.
Cann shook her head. She must not let herself get distracted by her thoughts and emotions. They would be the only things that would let her down when she was in the midst of battle. She stalked on. She was now a full grown wolf's length away from the poor creature. A few more steps and she would have reached her aim and she could start the chase. Slowly, she inched closer. Suddenly, a bloodcurdling howl resounded in the forest. Cann froze and the beast fled. Her master hurried to her side, ready to protect her if the need would arise.
A long time later, there was still no alarm or commotion. It was probably just one of the younger wolves playing chase. Cann cursed; another challenge failed.
Why you believe you'd be a good member of Onyx Chain: I love to write stories for fun, so I have quite a bit of literary experience. Also, when I was younger, my friends and I would spend every single moment of our spare time together acting out adventures in the form of an oral Role Play. However, we moved away and ever since, I have been looking for someone to do Role Play with like I used to but because I am now older, people my age think that sort of thing childish. I soon learnt that internet-based role play is much better for me now. I will always stay in character and play according to the rules and the story line.
Activity:I am on most days for about an hour or so at a time but because of school, I am not free all the time. However, I will dedicate my free time to this whenever I can.

For a moment, Cann froze and looked back to where her teacher crouched, almost invisible, in the shadows. He gave her a slight nod. Cann refocused her attention her prey. Her challenge was to get as close as she could to it before it noticed her. She aimed to get within a paw's reach of the beast.
All her life, Cann's sole wish had been to become a stealth hunter and become a scout or a spy in the battles against the Kako tyrants. Secretly, she knew that this would be the only way to get close to her true parents without having to kill them.
Cann shook her head. She must not let herself get distracted by her thoughts and emotions. They would be the only things that would let her down when she was in the midst of battle. She stalked on. She was now a full grown wolf's length away from the poor creature. A few more steps and she would have reached her aim and she could start the chase. Slowly, she inched closer. Suddenly, a bloodcurdling howl resounded in the forest. Cann froze and the beast fled. Her master hurried to her side, ready to protect her if the need would arise.
A long time later, there was still no alarm or commotion. It was probably just one of the younger wolves playing chase. Cann cursed; another challenge failed.
Why you believe you'd be a good member of Onyx Chain: I love to write stories for fun, so I have quite a bit of literary experience. Also, when I was younger, my friends and I would spend every single moment of our spare time together acting out adventures in the form of an oral Role Play. However, we moved away and ever since, I have been looking for someone to do Role Play with like I used to but because I am now older, people my age think that sort of thing childish. I soon learnt that internet-based role play is much better for me now. I will always stay in character and play according to the rules and the story line.
Activity:I am on most days for about an hour or so at a time but because of school, I am not free all the time. However, I will dedicate my free time to this whenever I can.

She lived a comfortable life as a pup, her life full of wonder and joy, curiosity and excitement. As she is a typical Ethiopian wolf, her pack was large and loving. She didn't leave it for a specific reason. Rather, she was just looking for something new and exciting.
Roleplay Sample:
It wasn't a particularly note-worthy day. The fiery sun rose in the east and was now hanging in the middle of the pale blue sky. Minsi had started her day with a quick trip to the watering hole and she was now starting her daily duties as a scout. Her mother had been a scout, back in her home pack. Minsi loved that she got to follow in her mother's paw-steps, even if she wasn't with her anymore. But this pack would be good for her. It was small, but Minsi felt this would change. Being the social creature she was, Minsi looked forward to the day where their pack grew beyond that of even her old one.
Trotting across the shadowed terrain, the rust and white coated belle came to a sudden halt, her auds perking forwards in full attention. She could hear the crunching of leaves and pine needles that was not under the direct influence of her own four paws. Turning her nose upwards, Minsi sniffed the air, then gave a snort. She couldn't pick anything up; the wind wasn't blowing the right way. Just as she turned her gaze towards a bush, she saw its branches quiver. A growl rumbled in her chest. The youthful scout slowly took several steps towards the bush, and without warning...
Out popped a little rodent! The sudden appearance of the squirrel was enough to cause Minsi to yelp a quick yip and jump back as it scurried off up a tree. She stood in shocked silence, but then laughed at her own silly actions. "Wow, Minsi." She breath, shaking her head. After getting over the incident, the she-wolf returned to her duties.

Past History: Sneachta was born into the Eioss pack and is a fairly narrow-minded individual. He never questions any orders and is fully obedient to the alphas. The fact that he follows every order without questioning can leave other wolves wondering if he has any sense of judgement or morality. If a job needs to be done, he gets it done. Some wolves praise his blind loyalty, but some consider him dangerous and unpredictable, often disliking him. Sneachta doesn't have any close friends within the pack, nor is his mind occupied by petty matters such as relationships. He rarely talks, usually only if spoken to first. It's hard to tell if he has a real personality because he'simply "there, doing what the alphas tell him to do."
Roleplay Sample: The large male eyed his pack mates in silence as the alpha couple finished talking. He shook his head and sat down, feeling like he knew what his next job would be. He kept his eyes fixed on the ground and barely blinked. The day was going by slowly, but he didn't care. Sneachta had no reason to be excited about. He was relaxing, gently tackled by the suble gusts of the wind.
Why you believe you'd be a good member of Onyx Chain: Well, I was looking for a proper, solid wolf roleplay with a good plotline and you guys seem like you're just perfect. I've been in a lot of roleplays, but most of them end up being very inactive. From what I can see, this time it may be going somewhere.
Activity: 6/10, really depends because I will be starting college soon, but I will do my best to be online as much as I can, mostly the weekends.
Do you have skype?: No, but I check my email regularly.
Unfortunately, I was told by a higher-up that they RP on Skype. It's not an in-game RP anymore. :I
Brianna, Will you please stop. We in fact DO roleplay on feral heart, so i would kindly like you to be quiet. Therefore i wouldn't trust every out side source, If you wanted to know that answer them you should ask me.

Your question to me was along the lines of "Are there any RP sessions happening on Feral-Heart right now?" And my answer had been, at that current moment, that no, there wasn't in-game, only on Skype at that moment, though they would probably start it up a little later.
