Hello!
Since a while I can't log into the play game log in page anymore. I've read that more people experience this problem and I've tried all solutions stated there. If I enter my username and password, it only refreshes and it doesn't give me a message. Even when I type in the wrong combination of Username/password it doesn't give a message either way. I am kinda lost now and I hope maybe I will get a solution here (: Or maybe it will help spread awareness that this happens.
I've tried:
Disabling proxy, which wasn't on.
Changed browsers
Cleared cookies
Used igocnito mode
Turned off firewall and anti-virus
Turned off adblocker
Hope to hear something soon! :D

I tried opening it on my phone and on another laptop, both didn't work. I think it has something to do with my WIFI. I live in a flat, so I don't have my own router, (I am a student). Or maybe I just can't find it, but my 'house' is fairly small so I am sure I don't have the router here, so I can't reset :(

What Wi-Fi you're using?

I just found my router and reset it, didn't work sadly. I use Intel dual band wireless. WPA2, but I don't really get what you mean ;P Its probably just a poor connection I guess

Maybe try host Wi-Fi from your phone?

I just tried, but the same things. Thanks for all the help though! I guess it works again when I am visiting my parents homes :')

Maybe just wait 10-20 minutes and in this time restart computer...?

Nopes. I guess I'll just wait till it gets fixed, or I'll play only when I am at home xD Thanks for all the suggestions!

Do you by any chance have another device that you could open the game on? Not just the Play Game tab, but the application itself.

Haven't seen this addressed yet as you appear to have wifi problems, but-
When you say that the play game tab doesn't give you a message do you mean it just resets to the login form? Usually when that happens it means you miss-typed either your password or your username and doesn't actually log you in.
Other than that it appears your wifi connection might be too weak to handle the game in your flat- but I'm pretty sure that shouldn't affect your play game tab.
Could be wrong just offering my opinion- feel free to correct me on that.

Hey! I'm having the same issues with the user panel. I had to give my login info to a close friend to reset my characters unfortunately. ^^;

I highly recommend not doing this in the future- however I do know that there have been some cases of the User Panel being temporarily unavailable to people. Just have to wait it out, usually only takes a day. If you're still having problems I suggest making a new thread since the problem on this thread has to do with the Play Game tab.

Hey there! I'd recommend creating your own thread about this issue so people can get to you faster. C: there could be a few fixes to this issue:
1. Have the play game tab open
2. Open the play game tab on a phone or a different device
3. See of the game itself works on a separate device
