Reinstalled windows and I still cant login to the game

Still getting the same error
I even tried resetting the router to factory settings and that didnt change anything
its always rejecting my password even though i know its right!

Still having the same issue. ive tried everything like 100 times over and still cant get in. I even tried on my moms new laptop and it STILL wouldn't work! and hers has windows 10
and my desktop computer has windows 7 so its not the computer or anything on my end.
I dont have any proxies active or anything weird going on. nothing strange in the router settings
the game just quit working after the recent update and wont let me login on any of my accounts anymore. always insisting my password is incorrect but its not.
i can login to the "play game" website just fine. i keep it up and it gives me this error every time with a short pause

Also why does it keep shortening my image url to the point it doesnt work. it keeps adding periods

Oh gosh I’m so sorry this is happening to you :/ I had the same issue a few times but I found that after I let my computer rest (shut it off lol) for about 24 hours it magically starts working just fine again, although the issue keeps popping up every few weeks.

it doesnt matter what computer I use. it happens on my computer and my moms laptop and at a friends house.
I cant log in no matter what I do. always incorrect username or password but i KNOW its correct the game or server is just refusing my password for some reason!
this has been going on for months now i havent been able to play a single time after the game updated some months ago
