Title: Could someone make me an Preset with glowing?

Hi, I have very much problems by making a preset myself. I also looked up in the tutorial in the Forum but it didn't help very much. So now I wantet to ask if somebody could make me one ^^

Okay here is a picture what I would like it to look like (Not exactly just the markings and colour. Also it dont has to have 2 tails ^^):

Did you purchase this adopt from the creator?

This adoption was made back in the beginning of 2013. One of the rules of presets is that references have to absolutely be your own.
