Ok, they all go in "items" folder.  But the txt document you open in like, notepad or something and copy the

stuff and paste it into "items.cfg" in the main FH folder, which you can also open in notepad or similar.  Save it as a .cfg file not a .txt file, if it asks when you go to save it.

I'm not even sure how well this item lines up with the new animations anymore.

The camera itself doesn't seem to record videos very well, but if you have a screen recorder you can video a character with it.
