Opening Intro: Hey people! Tis Vask here :P. So, I was thinking the other day about how much fun hanging with all the derps in FH can be. And then I thought, hey. Has there ever been a big giant FH game of Hide And Seek?!?! So, I wanted to ask ya'll your opinion and see what you guys thought. It would take place in a downloadable map, and it would be a time of name tags 'Off' and a good ol game of Hide n' Seek. So, your opinion would be greatly appreciated, and if you guys know a good map that would be good for the game, don't be shy and tell us!! Plus, this game probably won't happen if we don't have enough derps to join, since I want this to be a big game of Hide-and-Seek. If you like this idea, go ahead and post here so I know you're on board! Thanks!! ;D

Second Post: Looks like It's gonna happen everyone!!! Enough people have encouraged the idea and have given me great map ideas! We have even got someone making a map! So, here are the rules for now. A location, date/time, and who the the first 'it' person will go up once that has been arranged! Although we still need more people! So tell all your Feral friends and get them to post here if interested!!

RULES

1. Name tags must be OFF.
2. You may not hide IN things. You may hide ON or AROUND things.
3. No wings are allowed in the game.
4. You may chat in general during the game.
5. DO NOT yell out where someone is if you see them hiding and you are not it.
6. The way you are caught is if the 'it' touches you.
7. If the 'it' is chasing you, you MAY NOT press the dash button.
8. Please play fairly, and tell me if you see someone breaking the rules.
9. HAVE FUN!!!

That is a good idea! The problem is, though, that most people would probably cheat and keep nametags turned on.

Well, Floofs will be Floofs, what are you gonna do -le shrug-. If they don't wanna play the game fairly, that's their problem. I'm glad to hear you're on board if this happens though. :)

Honestly I think Fluorite would be a bad choice, since many members find lag there. I could make a party map for the whole Hide & Seek thing with loads of collisions, decorations, and objects to hide in instead. It might take a while though, depending if it works or not.

I have always thought of doing this, but I never had the time for it. xD I will defiantly come and join your game, but like some have said before me, what if people leave their nametags 'ON'? If I think of any large maps I'll tell ya'.

Would Feral City be good? I know it's kind of small but there are a lot of spots to hide.
Also, what about the Moonlight Forest? It's large and I could find some good spots.
The Dark Moors is also pretty good.

We probably should establish some rules also. Here are some ideas:
1. Nametags MUST be set to 'OFF'.
2. You can't hide inside objects, just on the side, next to something, etc. (Example: You glitch and magically end up in a tree that no one else can find. T.T) This could be an ok rule, but I'm not sure. (Also it's kind of hard if the map we choose has a million trees that ya' can hide inside.)

I love the fact a map is being made for it because people can just start the game back up when needed to and sometimes map-makers wouldn't like that. I find the specific map better than using someone's.

We don't know who will be it until the game starts, but the person in charge is Vask. I am helping her figure out the Time Zones and things, too.

However, I am going for a week long Summer Camp from October 7-11 and can't make it there if it is then sadly. If their are times that really don't work for you guys PM me and I will put together the best plan for Vask.

Instructions for Worldtimezone.com:
Back to the time zone, if you go to worldtimezone.com, it shows you the current time, and the difference between the other time zones. You can search up your city and find your timezone. When we tell you the timezone, normally people put it in EST, Eastern Standard Time, North America. Now when you go to the site, you can do the math and figure out what time it will be in your timezone. Don't worry, it's not just America.

Well, there is no map yet, we need to settle on a date, and well... we have no current plans other than we think Kopat is working on the map. (We meaning pretty much all of us)

I'm not quite sure yet, but I have a few other maps if Kopat isn't going to come through with the map. That is completely fine though, since I know people have more important and pressing things to do. But, I'm positive we will have a map whether it's made for our game or just a fun map.

What other maps have you come up with? The map-maker might want permission to use their map for such an event. I could make a heightmap, but I can't make a terrain map due to issues. Does it really need terrain? I could just make a plain heightmap for someone to put into a downloadable folder, if that is what you need. I guess Youtube could help me make it downloadable. It won't take too long, a week tops.

WELL, *cough* I actually have that old Infected map I forgot to release, that has a maze and hiding places. Though just sayin' really, and one of the testers said they couldn't get in it. It does in fact have a bit of a lag warning if you don't turn of water reflection and distance to 0...

Anywho... good luck with finding a map still. o3o Heh, I wonder what it will look like... >:3

I know about the via PM thing xD don't worry about that. But it seems the .png files won't get into the correct places, leaving me with terrainmaps as masks. I was thinking to give the things to a helpful mapmaker who could put them in the right place and put the map together.

I have the heightmap done, working on the terrain mask as we speak. I really don't have any problems with the items in the map, but the masks and heights are bugging me greatly.

Sorry, but I'm really confused on what PST is since it's not in the tutorial, and they changed the timezone website, so...

What time will the event start in EST time? o3o Just wondering. Got FH to work again on my mom's laptop/computer (since it's attached to the laptop now) and I probably can download a few maps.

Can't wait, and hopefully I will make it today! :D
