Reposting the information since it was lost from the original post:
Due to a mistake in the 1.17 Update an overlay file to use the minimap moved back to the left side.
Until it is moved back to its correct place within a future official patch you can use this to fix it:

Download this and put it into the media/overlays/overlay2 folder.
