Glitched During Startup

So, this is one of many issues im having.
When I start the game up, it glitches really bad like this. The game is fully functional, I can go into map maker, etc, the control work fine. It's just, the screen is having a seizure?
 Then, when I close it out, it screws up the rest of my computer. The background and my toolbar on the bottom of my screen glitches out just like the game does. I don't know what's wrong.
I've tried uninstalling several times. I have tried updating my java and my computer. I have tried updating adobe. If the game continues to act like this it will be impossible to play without straining my eyes.
Sometimes is doesn't glitch out, but 70% of the time it is. And, my desktop or the rest of my computer will not stop glitching like this until i shut down my computer or log out.

Sorry to hear you're having issues, I haven't seen this before but there are a few things to try.
Firstly, does this happen when you open other games?


But I would try switching the rendering system for FH, you can switch it at the ogre engine prompt and select the opposite system on a drop down menu or when you load up your games in "options", I'm not sure if that would work but it's worth a try, if not, maybe see if this could help. I'm thinking it could be a problem with your computer's display
