Title: Glitching textures on characters

Hello, So about every time I log into FeralHeart, when I get close to people or change my point of view, their textures end up glitching out. (https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/598285923066708009/603990814246305803/screenshot_07252019_114250204.png) This doesn't happen to everyone in the game, just a few here and there. Is there a fix to this? TIA.

This used to happen to me actually, and usually just me restarting helped. Also if you're on OpenGL, I suggest changing to Direct3d9 because on my old computer it did that if I was on OpenGL.
