Your consumption descends down my hope,
You're a menace and you can say the same for me,
Not quite like the perversions of the pope,
But more so that of an animal that fails to follow instinct.


To me this speaks regret. What do these words mean for you?

trying to understand the feelings behind this makes me feel like im back in an english class.
even as short and seemingly simple as this is, can see there's a lot behind it.

I like how meaningful you made these word choices! So simple but so much emotion, and dignity and feelings behind it make this a great piece!
