Legendary Markings Not Working

I've recently updated my FeralHeart game and everyone's markings went white. I'm assuming the legendary markings preset I had wasn't compatible with the newest update. I tried downloading the markings from here: https://feral-heart.com/smf/index.php?topic=56756.0. I've followed the instructions carefully listed on that forum but it still hasn't worked. Any ideas as to why this is happening? Any help is appreciated!

Markings are not the same as presets. o.o
the downloaded markings folder goes here:
C:feralheart>media>textures

and the markings.cfg, also from the download, goes here:
C:feralheart
