I'd say, a free roleplaying game with awesome character customization, and a lovely community! :0
Allows you to bring out your creativity with free preset design, mod making and map creation ! <3
However, not large and detailed gameplay.

I would start by saying that it is not your typical game but rather a 3D chat room with some great opportunities for artistic expression. Feral Heart is a place for the imaginative & open minded type of people because the game itself is reliant on the stories you tell with the tools it gives you. Unlike other games Feral Heart doesn't throw missions or premade characters & stories at you but rather an open canvas and blank script where you may take charge. It's a great place to let your creativity go with character customization, map making, mesh making etc. For others it's a fun place to just relax with some friends as animal characters or even make new ones.
Of course I would also explain that while most of the community is welcoming that there are some users who will look to ruin your mood or start trouble, but don't let that discourage you. (You can always report them ;3) The game is fairly easy to understand and it has a great, friendly, and active staff team that would be more than happy to assist you if you needed help or advice ever...
Overall it's a different experience to what most may be used to but it's worthwhile experience since you get the chance to explore your creativity, express yourself, learn new skills (with all the preset, map making etc art programs) & best of all, meet some unforgettable people & characters ;D

"It's a game. You can play as a meow-meow or a woof and run around with other people. It's kinda like World of Warcraft, but without the fighting. Just roleplaying. Mm, much character creation. Ehm, yeah. I play it a lot."

My friends don't ask me about Feral Heart, but If they did I would tell them that It's a game where you can play as a feline and canine and you talk to people. You can create maps and presets and do some fun stuff in game. :)

FeralHeart, I would describe, is the game I learned right from wrong when it comes to roleplaying animals of all kinds; the place where you can truly be yourself and not having it held against you. In addition, the place is what you learn to consider family. The kindness and dedication of both the Staff members and the members who're here for fun and roleplay is magnificent, it ties in with the atmosphere and when you first join; makes you feel the uttermost welcomed. Any problems you have and literally everyone will be on the dor to help you out so you have the best of the best in your FeralHeart experience.

For me it depends on the person,
I'd probably explain the basic aspects of the game first, then registration info and all that. And probably tell them the rest after they have an account and they are ready to go.

I'd probably be super awkward, and I rarely tell someone about FH unless I can trust them and stuff
Basically what I'd say is that it's a game where you can be a wolf or a lion (since most people may not know what "canine" and "feline" means) and run around to chat with people ^^ If they wanted more details then I'd probably add in the fact that the community is great and you can personalize/change how the game looks to one's content ^^

I would describe it as a unique and creative 3D roleplaying and/or chatting world where you can explore different maps, meet some new people, create maps and different characters, and simply have a good time with people who share a love of animals. I would tell them that if they had any interest in animals whatsoever, it would definitely be worth checking out.

I'd say that it's one of those 3D chatroom/RPG hybrids, except with animals and more user friendly and sandbox-ish. Lots of creative potential with maps and custom characters and an amazing community.

I would start off saying FeralHeart is a welcoming community. Many of the users here are creative and takes ideas to next level; something bigger for feralheart. FeralHeart has ultimate amount of choices you can pick from and create out of your imagination. Plus, you can make your maps and mods.

Oh I can go on and on about FH to someone, and it happens frequently. I always describe how fun it is and how great the community is and about the opportunities for creativity it offers. But I often describe it with one word...addicting xD

I typically describe it as an open world 3D chatroom, where you can make a completely customizable avatar from either the canine family or the feline family. It is a fairly decent sized roleplaying game with a tight knit and welcoming community.

"It was so many years ago since I last played that game. Yet somehow my mind always wanders back. I've learned from the last 3 times not to bother downloading, because it is a lot easier to remember the big events than it is to remember how often I was just running around doing pretty much nothing at all. There's platforming though. It is also pretty easy to make a maze map, just take a maze generator and covert it to grayscale. Then try to run through it! I just wish I could get more people to do it at once. Platforming maps are even easier to make, you could convert the default map to any platforming you want to try.

The handful of times I've had to describe FeralHeart, I described it as a free-roam chat/roleplay game, where you can use either a feline or canine model(and however you can customize it) to interact with other people.
A few times I've had people ask if this was really something I should be playing, since(to them) it seemed more like a place for kids... which I then proceeded to tell them just how many people I know on here who are legal adults, as well as pointing out the sheer number of professional-grade artists who obviously also enjoy FH. Besides, there's nothing wrong with having a casual conversation with someone younger than you!

I have a memory that relies mostly on images and themes, so to me FeralHeart is like a morning where after spending months in your room, you hang out in the living room and look out the window while you play. :P (and for some reason, it reminds me of the smell of peaches?) But if I were to actually try to explain it, I think I'd rely more on the various things I see in the game, like Bonfire's style or Fluorite's groups after talking about the basics of the game.

I would describe Feral-Heart as the most wonderful place on Earth, or I would tell people its a little world for people with Feral characters that role-play or just go on to meet and hang out with friends!. Somewhere to have a new and exciting life

I would say this place is definitely a place of wonder.
I am thinking of joining the community once more to do my part to help, but honestly the first thing I would say to people about the game is that it's an amazing place.
I know it has its ups and downs, and you can often find some users who can be a bit of turds, but this place does its best to make an amazing family setting. I greatly respect it, and would enjoy recommending this place to some. ^^

But.
FeralHeart is also a place where the sky is the limit(as long as you follow the rules). You take the default character, and you form it, craft it into something beautiful and unique. Just because there's only a canine and a feline model doesn't mean you're restricted to those species! Take that cat, and make it into a fire-breathing dragon. Take that wolf and make it into a river-dwelling crocodile. You're only limited by your creativity- so dream BIG and go WILD!
Feral Heart is also home to a wonderful, kind community, where there's a place for everyone to fit in, and make friends. Age doesn't matter. Race doesn't matter. Where you live isn't a factor either. The one and only thing that does, is that you respect others, and treat them the same way you'd like to be treated.

When asked about FH in casual conversation with friends, it usually goes something like:
"It's a little indie chat-based RP game off in the corner of the internet. Design-wise, think of a 3D Lion King style with canine models, too, and you can add items and customize them and such. Roleplayers love it, and it's a great creative outlet if you're a gamer that's more about imagination and collaborative storytelling than defeating bosses. But, that's not to say you can't roleplay your own bosses in a big roleplay if you build one up. And the players are the cutest things ever--they're so creative and usually a ton of fun. I found it when I was 15, and I've never been able to leave it since. c:"

By the way you go through the game, you explore new lovely places to hang and lay in, you can also make new and also lovely friends and join lovely groups to feel more in contact with other users. Beside that, you can download lovely custom maps or even make them by yourself, also creating such cool objects or meshes with only a bit of imagination, even make a totally customized characters by making a preset. Assuming this person's never heard of it, I'd describe it like so:
"FeralHeart is an open world style 3D chatroom, where you can create canine or feline avatars, with the addition of wings. There are quite a few customization options available, such as presets, markings, maps, objects, items, etc.
In order to see a custom user-created addition, you must download and install it manually from outside of the game, like you would with a modification for a single-player game, or add-ons for other MMORPGs.
FeralHeart includes the typical features you'd expect, such as: being able to write a biography for your character, adding people to your friend list, blocking people, creating or joining one group per character, as well as various actions and emotes.
There's also the standard chat channels: Local, Group, Party, and Private. General is included, but only works in custom maps.
There are no missions, enemies, damage, or any type of action-oriented aspects in FeralHeart, it is created purely for roleplaying."
