ok on the web site how do i get the pic thing for me account
i tryed to do one but i could not find a way

If you mean your avatar/icon, click where it says "Profile" in the bar of things with Home, Help, Search, etc. Under the side group Modify Profile, click Forum Profile Information. The first section there is all about your forum avatar.
