Title: A friend is having sign up issues
Post by: flandesuyo1 on October 08, 2017, 05:26:16 pm
So a friend went to sign up for FH (Registration was open for them!) But upon sign up all they got was a invalid token, on phone and computer. They’ve been trying for years and finally caught it open but is having error issues now. Is registration really down because usually it’d say that registration is closed.

From what I heard, did they active their account via email?
If they didn't, have them check their email and make sure that they click the link ( ? ) so they can activate their account.
That's probably why they're unable to play.

It’s an issue with actually signing up, not getting into the game

Ensure the email they're trying to sign up with is valid, active, not currently being used, and is not one of those emails that was created to delete itself after x amount of time

They’ve tried everything but they’re still getting the error page where they are met with this text:
500 - View not found [name, type, prefix]: alpharegistration, html, alpharegistrationView
You may not be able to visit this page because of:

an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site

It could have been possible that they signed up for an account right as registration shut down. If that is the case, they will have to wait again for it to open.
