You can download Tailgates by scrolling down and clicking Dropbox/mediafire and clicking on either of them then it should take you to the direct download.

These links are not comaptable with 1.17. My apologies, I will have to update this thread. In the meantime look here for a list of ones that are compatible https://feral-heart.com/smf/index.php?topic=66604.0
It does contain a tutorial if you want to convert them yourself.
