Goodbye,
All the lies,
All the times,
That I cried.
Goodbye,
Sadness and pain,
They all wash away,
In the waves of yesterday.
Goodbye,
Every bad day,
When you would say,
I'm going to stay.
Goodbye,
Everything you did and said.
Because I got led,
Down the path of dread.
Hello,
Happiness and joy,
You are now my new toy,
I'll never forget you,
Goodbye.

A rather emotional poem you have here. This is my type of poetry. Very unique, I look forward to any more you may write.

  What a lovely poem you've here. Such emotion, this piece definitely gives off the feeling of a somewhat dreadful farewell. Excellent job.

I imagined this as a song with my favorite singer singing it, and the way I imagined it sung actually brought a tear into my eye!  :'( I love this poem so much, full of emotion, like everyone else said! Keep up the great work!
