The Five Giants, hosted by Whiskermoon and Callipepla Californica, is The Warrior Cats Map that has been in production for three years. It is a summary of ALL the books, highlighting the important aspects of the story from each clan, including Skyclan.
Be aware, the video is not completely chronological and begins focusing on Riverclan, then Skyclan, Shadowclan, Windclan, and finally Thunderclan.

A video link is at the bottom of the description for the descriptions of each scene, I recommend taking a look at it. I also recommend watching past the Artist credits for the last image, it'll make your heart ache.

Wow!

That was really awesome! I mean you know it’s good when I can sit through the entire thing... very much worth a watch! It’s impressive that this project was put together successfully by so many creators! The art is stunning! I really enjoyed all the various art styles. The animation is very dynamic to. This makes me really wish I actually knew the characters and story. Absolutely amazing work! <3 Thanks for sharing with us!

I've been waiting over two years for this. And I'm still watching it on repeat. It gave me chills and brought a tear to my eye. It made me really appreciate this series more than I already did. Been with Warriors for almost 11 years now and this video just made me nostalgic. Remember all the memories and me basically growing up with it. This video is by far one of the most loveliest of the Warriors M.A.Ps.

This MAP was the most gorgeous and well put together MAP I have ever seen, I sat through the entire thing admiring every single contributor's artwork, my eyes watered a bit just due to the sheer amount of effort and passion and care put into every scene. I watched all the way through the credits, which were beautifully done might I add. I was expecting a scrolling list of names, but going through the entire warrior cat map, introducing each clan along with the artists, it was movie magic. I really felt I was watching an official production and it was just beyond spectacular. Very, very well done on this, I'm proud of each and every person who contributed to this, and I thank you for bringing the Warrior Cats series alive not just for myself, but for every fan out there <3
