i know some people want more than one music track in your map so here's how:
Step 1:open a music editing program or audacity (i use audacity)
Step 2:open the music you want and it should show up in your music editing program
Step 3:you can place the same song over and over and edit it smoothly for loops without hearing the song stop or you can click file in the top corner, click open and open another song the in that other window click and drag over the whole track and click copy (it should be in one of the drop-downs) then paste it in the first window you had open. if you want it to be nice and smooth and not choppy song switching with huge spaces in-between each song make sure the other song is right after the first song's ending and even play around with the volume a bit if you want good quality surround sound ;D
Step 4:once your done make sure you save it!!! (i recommend saving it as a wav file because it might not save as mp3)
Step 5:after you save it, export it as a WAV file or a MP3 file and save it under the sounds folder in exports. (export is under another drop-down button)
Step 6: now go under map maker and open whatever map you made and enter the name of the WAV or MP3 file you made (make sure to put .WAV or .MP3 at the end of it when typing in the name or it won't work!!!)
Step 7:have fun with your newly made soundtrack ;D
Helpful information:

Easier way:
1) Open music.cfg in the installation folder
2) at the end add [groupname] followed by path to files.
example:
music.cfg contains:
[Title]
media/music/title.mp3
[Plains]
media/music/plains1.mp3
media/music/plains2.mp3
media/music/plains3.mp3
[Caves]
media/music/caves1.mp3
media/music/caves2.mp3
To add my music i change it to:
[Title]
media/music/title.mp3
[Plains]
media/music/plains1.mp3
media/music/plains2.mp3
media/music/plains3.mp3
[Caves]
media/music/caves1.mp3
media/music/caves2.mp3
[MyMusic]
media/music/peaceful.mp3
media/music/danger.mp3
3) And in the map editor instead of filename, write "MyMusic"

in audacity how do you loop the music without haveing to copy and paste it over and over again or does FH automatically restart it for you?

Glad I found this... All of Feral-Hearts, including the meshes, would be laughing at me. (/ T _T)/ I put the music in the map I would be making, then just type up the names. Only one song would work so... Squiggle Nuzzles for everyone~

i know but this is meant to be easier for people who download it because it's just one file and not 5 (or however many mp3/wav music file you use)
