Well. That video is definitely old since FH 1.16 was released years ago. Haven't ever used a Chromebook myself but I do know that they are a Linux based OS and are supposed to be able to run Android apps. However running any sort of Windows app on one would be difficult if not impossible. Every solution I have found regarding this either says to connect to a Windows PC remotely or use experimental emulation software that would definitely have poor performance and/or require a business style license.
